  1. It would be great to have the option to either CC or BCC the staff member in any Auto Communications sent out, or even create an auto generated email summary of all communications sent off for the day.

  2. Need a total of approved occupants displayed in the tenancy card so its easy when you're doing routines or lease renewals to know who should be at the property

  3. The tasks is great, I love it but it could be so much better!

    I have seen a few suggestions and they are great but the below with some of those combined would make it perfect.

    • Having a tile on the dashboard for tasks
    • Be able to create general tasks that are not linked to a property for say but to a person/user
    • Automated tasks related to lease renewals, inspections, maintenance, new tenants, vacating tenants, new property etc
    • Maybe a task that can be created to attach with emails to follow up on
    • With the automated tasks, would be great…

  6. when another agency takes over a property, instead of entering a vacate notice (as the tenant isn't actually vacating) I request a feature maybe on the three dots under tenancy that can say "management takeover"

    In this page it will open up and you can enter the reason for loss, the new agency details.

  8. Create an option to edit the PDF work orders within configuaration settings. Currently you can edit the email template for creditors, however there is no option to edit the PDF version that is attached to the email.

    Currently we have a discrepency between work order email and work order PDF, PDF does not state billing details and we have had problems with invoices being addressed incorrectly due to this as some contractors go off of the PDF instead of email.

  9. Create a calculator that works out the break lease period/fee within any given fixed lease term using the lease start and end dates.

  11. Would be great to be able to attach a document EG an email, report or picture about an incident/arrears etc to a note created in the PT system that may be an on-going issue/have an ongoing story where chronological information contained in the 1 place is important

  12. Automatically update rent review dates in software when you enter a new amount in the rent schedule. Updated dates should be 10 weeks prior to increase commencement date in the following year.

  13. Having just come over from REST, I am very surprised that the ability to amend an account code (once transaction has been processed in the system) is not available in Property Tree. We have had some account errors occur with migration so the fact that I cannot correct these as I could have in REST is far from ideal. This leaves no room for human error whatsover. Please look into this. Thank You!

  14. Addition of an option to have documents such as lease agreements & routine inspection reports completed in Inspection Express to not only auto-feed back into PropertyTree but for such documents to be auto-ticked to be 'visible on portal'.

  16. have tenants pay creditor invoices still through the ownership so it shows on landlord statements, and so we can still charge GST. BUT have it linked so these are not paid out to creditor until the tenant has paid invoice.

  17. When trying to work out properties where no compliance option has been selected, Property Tree does not have a report to aid with this. Could an option be added to the existing Compliance Register to allow for this. Ie. in the Managed By dropdown add an option for 'no compliance option selected.' Then clients could filter by this option.

  18. because commercial tenancy agreements are all different (unlike residential tenancy agreements), there needs to be more options when entering a commercial tenant and their rent invoice specifics. i.e. options to select when a rent and budgeted outgoings invoice should be due (e.g. 14 days before rent cycle) without changing their payment cycle.

  20. Ability to suspend fees for a set period (like dates for automated communications). At the moment they have to be deleted and then added back in. Other option would be to $0 out the fees (which currently you have to delete them and re-add them later), if we can enter a $0 charge then we can report on this to check/alter
