  1. when another agency takes over a property, instead of entering a vacate notice (as the tenant isn't actually vacating) I request a feature maybe on the three dots under tenancy that can say "management takeover"

    In this page it will open up and you can enter the reason for loss, the new agency details.

  5. There needs to be a way to be able to put reference numbers/names into ABA file bank transfers. I have done several transfers to Solicitors/ NSW Trustee etc and the money has been unable to be identified. I understand that you can do a transfer straight from the bank, if this is the solution, why use property tree at all. We strongly rely on references, including to vendors.

  7. It is necessary to have the Tenancy ID as a Merge Field in the Auto Comm template for Tenancy Invoices. Currently, the Tenancy ID only displays on an Invoice if ‘Tenancy Invoices’ is ticked in the Trust Configuration (screenshot below) however, that is not an option for clients using DEFT, because they do NOT want to share their Trust details with the tenants, but they still want their Tenants to receive the Tenancy ID (e.g. also for adhoc invoices etc)

  9. Ability to suspend fees for a set period (like dates for automated communications). At the moment they have to be deleted and then added back in. Other option would be to $0 out the fees (which currently you have to delete them and re-add them later), if we can enter a $0 charge then we can report on this to check/alter

  10. Have the tenant lease start and end date appear when doing a create tenancy invoice (currently does when oncharging from the creditor invoice or invoice genius). Also show if a vacate date is entered

  12. When trying to work out properties where no compliance option has been selected, Property Tree does not have a report to aid with this. Could an option be added to the existing Compliance Register to allow for this. Ie. in the Managed By dropdown add an option for 'no compliance option selected.' Then clients could filter by this option.

  13. Automatically update rent review dates in software when you enter a new amount in the rent schedule. Updated dates should be 10 weeks prior to increase commencement date in the following year.

  14. Cancelled Creditor Invoices and Tenancy Invoices display a status of 'cancelled xx/xx/22' and the 'info' symbol displays cancelled reason.

    It would be helpful to also display the User who cancelled the invoice as this is not displayed at all

    Eg: when clicking on the 'info' symbol it displays 'reason' + 'User initials or short name'

  15. have tenants pay creditor invoices still through the ownership so it shows on landlord statements, and so we can still charge GST. BUT have it linked so these are not paid out to creditor until the tenant has paid invoice.

  18. In the tenant profiles can a section to add Date Of Birth please be added. When doing many tasks such as leases, bonds, connections etc. this information is required and it is quite annoying to not have it be with the rest of the tenants details. Thank you.

  19. It would be highly beneficial for commercial tenancy ledgers to show a notation whenever credits are added to a tenancy via replacement invoice. At present, the only notation available is the replacement invoice and the reason does not show in the same way that it does on a residential ledger. Whilst the reason is visible within Property Tree on the receipting screen, this is not helpful when providing a ledger to a tenancy or reviewing a ledger in general.

  20. Have an easy way to remind tenants of invoices that are due (prior to becoming overdue), for example have a statement of outstanding items that can be sent without having the need to enter a new invoice
