  1. To be able to run a strata plan report to show the linked properties.

    At the moment you have to look at each individual strata plan to find the properties.

    REST had such great reporting and it is the biggest let down of Property Tree.

  2. Have the end of month reports created in Property Tree only emailed to the admin email address (much like the weekly agency summary). The report is confidential and we only want admin staff to access it.

  3. A report that could be generated to show ownership anniversary dates (management gained date) that is not through lost & gained managements. Or a filter on lost & gained management report that filters out archived properties.

  4. When printing out payments lists, it would be great invoices listed under creditor paid be in property address order rather than owner name order.

  5. when looking at say Tenancy leases search you have the ability to say click on 'rent' and the little arrow changes to up or down. However the order it puts it in makes no sense. It would be great if I could see lowest rent to highest rent or vice versa.

  6. if a code is for example 08651 your program wont show anything until I have entered the entire code. It would be great, like in other competitor programs, for the system to predict as the user is typing

  7. Rental Schedule - has a yellow square for you to pick the anniversary date of the next increase.

    Is there any way we could look into having a rental schedule from the last rental increase (12 months) that you could not issue a rental increase within that period. As NSW can only increase the rent once every 12 months.

  11. Our trust account auditor struggles with this every single year. They need the reports in excel format for analysis and testing which we cannot provide. Please enable the ability to export these reports in excel.

  15. We need the ability to search a tenant invoice number for a tenant fee. We can only search the tenant fee status or name. Tenant invoices for tenant fees don't appear within the find tenancy invoice search option.

  16. In Rest we had the option to add our own global comment to things like Work Orders, Statements, Invoices, Income and Expenditure reports. This allowed us to have a tailored note or disclaimer within the document. At the moment we can only add tailored information within body of the email.

  17. Rent Calculator is useless, it does not allow to calculate the rent or tells what is the paid to date. Eg. Please refer to PropertyMe Rent Calculator, it does have much more features on the rent calculator than PropertyTree.

  18. We would love to have a rent review field and a mergefor it, so when we use our email /letter templates the figure will merge - would streamline the whole rent review/lease expiry process for our team

  19. Bond reporting to have set date reporting filters, ie for month, if we forget to print report on the 1st of the month then all the transactions up to the date you print are reported and not relative to the month reconciling
