Owner ledger display
I noticed that if there are multiple properties under one ownership, then the owner ledger shows all properties records together, it is hard for us to find a record of one single property, hope you can a function allowing user to check owner records of one single property.

We get our management agency agreements updated and resigned when we increases fees or make changes. It would be good if under the property section, then the DETAILS TAB and under PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INFORMATION there was
- Original authority start date
- Current authority start date
- Management gained date
- Gained Reason

Statistics/Reporting
Hi few things,
- For the statistics report, the top section is always current data and if you want a certain time frame only the bottom section is for then.
It would be great if the whole report was for the period you select.
- User statistic reports, it would be great to have a report for users to track their actions/kpis - email sent, sms sent, work order created/completed, quote request, how many times maintenance notes are updated to track maintenance follow ups, task creation and completion (more importantly completion), and other general ones which the main stat report covers.

rent reviews - PM column
In Tenancy Rent reviews - add a Column of "property manager" as an option. At the moment to view a whole agency and understand which PM is behind, and who is under control you need to select each PM one by one. For large agencies, it takes a while.

Make Part Payment Reports Accessible to PMs not just Administrators
Currently the only way for a Property Manager to access reports on tenancies with part payments, is to go through an administrator profile on Business Insights. We recently became aware of leases that were signed as monthly being inadvertently entered as weekly on PT due to data scraping from IRE. Having access to part payment reports should be as easy as accessing arrears reports as they demonstrate an error either on the system or the tenant's payment amount.

90- 120 day Lease and Rent Review Report Auto Filter Category
Feature Update:
"Leases" Tab on Dashboard
With the updated Legislative changes in VIC, having the automatic filter for lease and rent reviews changed from 91+ days to
90-120 days is the improvement suggestion.This will allow the system to automatically draw the correct data into the report without having to filter the report post generating it.

Can you arrange for a key number search option once properties have been archived.
Often when a key number has been removed due to the property being sold or management no longer in place, there is sometimes a need to find out what the key number was historically but there is no way of finding this out once property removed and archived. It would be great to have a search option to show what a properties previous key number was.

Add a nickname for creditors for searching purposes
Add a section that will show up in search bars / creditor invoice bars for custom acronyms or codes for creditors instead of only having the full name search. Like a 'nickname'.
Examples:
'PCA' for Property Compliance Australia
'LCC' for Logan City Council

Suspended Arrears Report
Create a report so that a department head (administrator) can search for arrears which are suspended indefinitely. This would be highly valuable as suspended arrears can compromise the legal position of an agency if serious tenant default occurs, and can compromise the owner's insurance position.

Find Profile - Filter by Property Type (Commercial / Residential)
Under "Managements" -"Find Profile" a "Type" of profile to select should be Commercial. Currently we can only choose "Properties" which filters ALL properties. "Type" of profiles to search to be added could read Residential or Commercial. Adding Tags to properties not ideal.

Find tenancy invoice
When running the report in "Find Tenancy Invoice' it has a box you can tick for "Include Archived Tenancies"
There is no filter in the columns section to see a vacate date. You are unable to identify what tenants are current versus archived on the list, they are all in one.

Ownership Funds Report - Include Last Statement Date Column
I'm resubmitting this idea, as I still believe it to be very useful. Per original -Could we have the field/column "Last Statement Date" available when searching Ownership Funds. This would be extremely helpful after processing EOM Ownership Statements, as it would allow us to identify those that did not get paid (via Ownership Statement Group/Tag). We cannot easily identify when EOM Ownerships have not been paid for the month.
Additional use, would show inactive Owners, so that we can review any not paid within a period. Hopefully, more interest this time!1 vote -

column order in search results to work
when looking at say Tenancy leases search you have the ability to say click on 'rent' and the little arrow changes to up or down. However the order it puts it in makes no sense. It would be great if I could see lowest rent to highest rent or vice versa.
