Management takeover feature instead of vacating tenant
when another agency takes over a property, instead of entering a vacate notice (as the tenant isn't actually vacating) I request a feature maybe on the three dots under tenancy that can say "management takeover"
In this page it will open up and you can enter the reason for loss, the new agency details.

For Lost Managements (Transfers) we should have the option when we need to archive the tenant to put in Transfer as it's not a vacate, termination or break lease.
