Hi Supporters! We're looking at refreshing the Owner and Tenant Portals this year and invite you to comment below any feedback regarding this. What do you like or dislike about the current Portals? Is there additional information that you'd like to provide to your Owners and/or Tenants? All previous Portal suggestions have been noted for this project.

We've had an owner request the option for 2FA on their portal login given the nature of the information they are accessing online.

Owner Portal - Display Order of Multiple Properties
Right now, for ownerships who have multiple properties linked to their portal account, the order of properties is sorted by Property ID from lowest to highest. It would be great to have this order sorted by address line. For example, if you had an owner with 10 units in a block, by order of 1 to 10.

Remove the ability for the renter to change the date of a routine inspection.
To remove the ability of the renter to change the Routine inspection date in their comms via the portal. We are unable to use the automated reminders due to this. This would save us so much time as we are having to remind our renters of the inspection times. Thank you

Portal documents sort order
I have an owner with multiple properties over two agencies.
He wants to be able to sort or filter his documents in the 'my documents' section.
There is no option to do this and order the current order seems be be a bit random.
Would be nice to be able to select a property and only have its supporting documents available on the screen.32 votes -
Admin fee as part of owner contribution
When landlords are required to make an owner contributions towards invoices, could the $3.30 admin fee be included in the property fees total so that it's not forgotten?

Having the automatic ability that once an owner is set up on portal, their historic statements show from before they signed up to the portal.

Tenant portal rent arrears error
A tenant has called me up and advised his portal shows he is in arrears. I ahve checked his account and he has a part payment which effectively pays him up to another date so he is not in arrears. Is there a way the portal can work of the effective dates. This has been asked before on the weekly reports that come throguh as well as it shows arrears but does not take into account most have paid extra to move forward so their effective date is not passed yet so they are not techicnally in arrears. Be able to upload rental listings from PT to domain and realestate- like an uploader does and be able to schedule your open houses

Separation of properties in portal
Clients with more than one property are unable to view graphs and details for each property individually.
Only work around is to have separate email addresses for each property with different portal log ins9 votes -
Being able to mark a file under document management to display on owner and tenant portal on the tenant screen
When we save a file under document management under the tenant, we want to mark it visable to both the tenant and owner in the same screen. At the moment we have to tick on the tenant and then go to the owner and tick the box there for the owner portal.
