  1. If someone accidentally opened another team members portal message it would be great to be able to unread this message so it still looks like it needs to be opened.

  2. Would like to be able to edit a tenant invoice when it's entered via create creditor invoice or invoice genius. Can currently do this when it's just a tenant invoice entered, but through the other way it's linked and we have to cancel the invoice and re enter it.

  3. When receipting to a tenancy, it would be helpful to be able to see what held funds the tenancy has available and also have the option to apply some or all of these held funds to their rent and/or invoices during the receipt process. This would save having to go back to the tenant later and doing a separate step to allocate tenancy funds.

  4. When sending a work order to a trade an automated email is generated to the renters advising them their request has been assigned and list the trade who will be in contact with them.

  5. When entering notes and pinning to profile / receipts etc. a pop up appears rather than just being pinned (so all staff are aware and have to click out of the note before proceeding)

  8. It's so confusing for commercial tenants receiving a statement everytime a new invoice is generated and sent. Would like to just sent the new invoice, and then have the option to send statements when we want to

  9. REI intergration - It should grab the "ownership name" not the ownership contact name. This leads to incorrect info populating which is less than helpful

  11. At the moment it's only for the days after, once the rent is overdue, but it would be ideal to have one for before the due date as well. For example; "Rent Due Tomorrow" with the description inside as "Friendly Reminder, your rent is due tomorrow, please make sure payment is made to avoid arrears on your ledger!"

Be able to send another email by replying to your own email when you want to send another message related to the first but you can't because the owner/tenant hasn't replied to your original message yet so instead of continuing on the same thread you have to make a whole new email thread. And that can get messy and confusing.

  13. Would like more merge fields to be able to add to communication templates such as Key Numbers, Inspecting Agent, Inspection Day of the Week, Days Overdue, Strata details, Alarm Code, Bond Top Up (outstanding amount being difference between required and held)

  16. The SSO update is intended to improve security and ease access; but, every time we add ownership or a creditor, we must input an OTP. Assume we add 10 ownerships/creditors per day, means we must also generate 10 OTPs.

    Code takes too long to arrive at times and is quite time consuming. Instead of always entering OTP, I believe we should have the choice to verify once and trust a device without constantly inputting OTP.

  19. when another agency takes over a property, instead of entering a vacate notice (as the tenant isn't actually vacating) I request a feature maybe on the three dots under tenancy that can say "management takeover"

    In this page it will open up and you can enter the reason for loss, the new agency details.
