If the inspections could be synced to calendars. We use outlook and the calendar associated with the email but even if it synced to phone calendars so that people within the same company could see which properties we were attending and when. For example our sales team do not have property tree access and often like to bring PM's to their appraisals for people who are unsure which way they'll go with their property so it would be beneficial if they could see when we were out and where so they can book around us. It would also mean we would be reminded of when inspections are scheduled instead of having to keep a log.

The feature would save the Property Managers time. Entering in rent reviews, lease expiry (set number of days before) as well as inspection dates/times takes time to put them in any online calendar let alone a physical diary.

The ability to sync appointment, like Inspections in Property Tree with a Google calendar.

It would be great if as soon as an inspection is confirmed on Property Tree we receive a prompt to save this inspection to our Outlook or Microsoft Teams calendar.

We would like calendar integration (regardless of platform) for rent reviews, lease expiry (set number of days before) as well as inspection dates/times.

This would be great if it updated your calendar at the time you confirm the inspection/s including all inspections for that specific date in one calendar event for the time frames allocated on the notice.

Or even an email to the PM with a reminder on the morning of the confirmed inspections - hey PM you have 5 inspections today - here is the list :)
