IFRS16 Period reconciliation
There needs to be a report which reconciles total IFRS16 balance sheet amounts from one point in time (usually the start of OUR financial year) to another (usually most recent month-end), showing ALL movements on both the ROU asset and ROU liability. It must by definition include brought forward balances for leases that have expired DURING the period being reconciled.

Automatically sort data in reports
I have a report set up to automatically send to other members of our staff each month.
Before it goes out I have to go into MRI & sort the data by clicking the column or I edit the document excel and have to sort the data this way.
I think it would be a beneficial feature for reports to be automatically sorted by a specific category or column. Similar to how you can save the format of your report by dragging the columns to certain positions.

Financial reports - view all Leases on future FY report, even if rent not set yet!
When running a report for our finance team for budgeting the next FY's rents we are finding leases missing in the following case:
option has been exercised (with market rent review due in the upcoming FY - in this case September 2025, but actual rent amount hasn't been set yet)
new lease has been created in ProLease with new lease commencement/expiry dates that would fall in that future FY (in this case September 2025)
no figure set in Charges for that lease

Improvements to Percentage Rent Administration Report
In order to extract relevant accrual data for leases with percentage rent, the below improvements to be considered for the Percentage Rent Administration Report:
- Ability to enter a to and from date based on actual days Eg. 15/01/2025 - 17/01/2026
- Ability to select report period based on charge calculation frequency of the Percentage Rent charge, rather than calendar month. Eg Lease Anniversary, Calendar Year, Financial Year (This would be based on a report date, at a point in time)

Ability to embed and include thumbnail images of the properties
Ability to embed and include "thumbnail" images of properties (see examples below) within two area's of ProLease Express application.
As per example1 at HEAD LEASE (Branch) level, somewhere in the TOP/RIGHT area, perhaps next to company logo?
Within MAPS feature.. so when you drill down to find the property, in the POP-UP it would be great to see the image. Or perhaps as you hover over the MAP PIN itself

Ability to remove counter column from the scheduled reports/Email Reports
When a report is scheduled to be emailed or SFTP that there is an option to not have the counter column in Column A. We have a similar setting already that removes the dash in empty cells, but we could also have a tickbox to exclude the counter column(as this is not a standard column in normal reports and is only something in scheduled/emailed reports).

Add Location/Store ID to applicable Dashboard Tables
Inclusion of Store ID/Cost Centre to Critical Date tables on the dashboard and Dashboard critical event reports.

Property Manager filter available on dashboard tables
Add a Property Manager dropdown to critical date tables on the dashboard. The Property Manager would be defined in the Location Page. This would give users the ability to view entire portfolio of properties, but filter their dashboards via Property Manager.

Report Annual Sales from ProLease Express
Ability to send total annual sales to landlord via Sales Reporting tool in Administration. This functionality should include an option to select a date range, upload a copy of the audited sales statement and customise the text contained in the email.

Head Lease Summary Report
Head Lease Summary Report shows system generated charges: Base Rent, Promotion Levy and Total Outgoings, Percentage Rent (rate, % rent type, % rent min threshold). Yet would be more useful having the custom charges (ie Council Rates, Land Tax, Management Fees etc) appear on the Head Lease summary report too, thus making it more clear and concise. And with Licence Summary Reports - to bring in the relevant custom charge applicable; for instance Storage Agreements may have Storage Rent but since Base Rent is the primary charge it brings that charge which may be 0.00 value.

Reminders
We would like to be able to edit how frequently we get alerts for critical events (expiries, renewals). Currently you can choose when you would like your first alert, however we would like to be able to set up second and third reminders (say 18 months, 12 months, 9 months) without having to set it up individually for each site.

Allow Different Security Settings Per Business
We have Multiple Businesses set up and we need to be able to have different security access for different businesses.
eg. We have 1 user - Joe Bloggs. He has access to 2 Businesses: Business1 & Business2.
We want him to have "Retail Administrator" Access to "Business1", but only "Retail User" access to Business2.We use SSO for our users, so can set up 1 user.

Property/Lease look-up by Street ADDRESS information (any part of).
Can we have a new 'search' feature ideally in the DASHBOARD that allows you to locate a property/branch by simply typing any part of the STREET ADDRESS. Quite often when reviewing lessor notices they only include the street address and not the CITY which makes it difficult when you have over 100+ leases to try to locate information.

Global Custom Fields
We have 18 Businesses and use Customer Fields but currently have to create these in each Business and when we run any Global Portfolio reports we cannot select these fields.
This means we run a report for each Business and then have to combine them in excel

Reports - Have Filters for Custom Fields ***Vote for this if you need to report on your custom fields***
This would be handy for filtering on all custom fields but in this specific example we have a custom field set up (RGM) for our Regional General Managers names. Would be great if there could be a filter to select each of the RGM's names and save as their own unique report/create a report specific to each RGM, and then set up for auto-emailing to them directly each quarter. Currently I have to export to excel and manually filter the RGM names and create a separate report for each RGM.

Manage Invoice - Store Name Filter moved UP
Please move Store Name up to under Business Name in Accounts Payable (Manage Invoice) as we need to search by Store Name to recur all of our invoices. Using the vendor doesn't work as Vendors are not linked to Businesses. If you are in the wrong Business and you choose your vendor - then change Business - you need to start again

Headings on Reports
When exporting a report it cuts of several letters / doesn't extract the full name of the report title. Would be great if it could allow more characters so we don't have to finish it off manually, then save it before emailing manually.

Quarterly forecast need to update rather than monthly payments in forecast.
Hi Team,
For some stores we are receiving charges quarterly basis but there is no option to update the charge in Forecast tab as a quarterly payment. If we update the charge in the current charge tab as a quarterly charge in the forecast its still appaired as a monthly charge.
This request is for development team.
Could we see a quarterly payment as a quarterly forecast rather than monthly payments in forecast.
