  3. It would be great to have the option to either CC or BCC the staff member in any Auto Communications sent out, or even create an auto generated email summary of all communications sent off for the day.

  6. When you open a email in communications where there are multiple replies, it goes into different clickable sections separate each email like a conversation in outlook emails.

    It puts the communication thread out of order and is not that user friendly.

    When you look up emails in communications, you are then clicking on the email icons for that thread to try and find the email you are searching for. It makes the process a little clunky.

  7. Feature Request: Automated Owner Invoice Overdue Notifications

    Property Tree already offers strong automation for arrears, inspections and maintenance, but there’s a gap when it comes to ownership invoices.

    I’d like to propose an automated workflow that triggers when an ownership invoice becomes overdue, with the ability to send a branded email reminder to the rental provider. This would be particularly useful for items like landlord insurance renewals, smoke alarm subscriptions, compliance services and other owner-funded invoices that require timely payment to avoid lapses in coverage.

  8. Requesting the ability to increase the size of the email template screen (similar to this option which is available in Notes by dragging down the triangle/dashes in the bottom right hand corner)

  9. Have the option to make two Primary contacts, as mostly all the landlords want information and correspondence not just one. That way this speaks to inspection manager and routine inspection reports can be emailed to both landlords automatically instead of typing them in every time for properties.

  12. When opening and reading a email, you have the hyperlink for the name and address above the body of the email that you can click on.

    When you click on these hyperlinks it takes you to that page which is great but it is in the same window.

    It would be great to either be able to have that hyperlink automatically open a new window with the details or be able to right click and 'open new tab'.

    This way you can review the email and work on the details in another screen.

  13. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  16. Remove Revoked Users OR Read Only User from Communications Assignee List. This is making it very difficult to monitor emails when staff are away etc as alll users that have ever been entered into the system show in this list. It also shows us all of our read only agents etc. We cannot revoke access without reallocating any communications to the user anyway so would be great to have only active people show and maybe a revoked section if needed. OR at least have read only or revoked next to the users name and filter them to the bottom. We…

  18. The ability to set up a SMS and Email to be sent on the same day under automated communication for routine inspections,

    We have it set up 21 days before an email is sent based on a confirmed status but we want to also send a SMS using the automation at 21 days before based on a confirmed status.

    At the moment we cannot have 2 task be set on 21 days. This is silly.

  19. Can you re-open an email that you have sent via the email icon on a profile to continue to thread? ie. you want to follow up on prior email sent as no response without starting a new chain.

    I cannot see an option for this only an option to reopen if you specifically sent it from the communication platform via "compose" message and go via filtered complete items.

  20. There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication. It is imperative as at times, "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication.
