  1. There is currently an Automated Arrears Notices in place with Days After.
    It would be great to be able to set up Automated Rent Reminder with the ability to send "Days Before"

  4. When sending an email (new or reply) it has a really large gap when you hit enter to make another paragraph and it defaults to System Font, it would be great to be able to select your own font.

  6. It would be great to have the option to either CC or BCC the staff member in any Auto Communications sent out, or even create an auto generated email summary of all communications sent off for the day.

  12. SMS communications should be able to come from the property manager's phone number. Alternatively, you should be able to divert the allocated phone number's phone calls to your office phone. Currently, if a client receives a SMS, when they call the number it is disconnected.

  13. Inspection Notice: Residential Tenancies
    The ability to change timing and communications information based on inspection type. Eg: Routine or Ingoing

    The information provided to an exiting tenant is different to an ongoing tenancy.

  16. I love how the communications tab on left side bar has a red dot to alert new email received or a reply to one sent. I was wondering if a red alert dot could also be shown on the email in the list itself, to easily recognise which email has been responded to.

  17. We would like to mass email creditors with regards to their Insurance paperwork. For landlord it's {OwnershipPrimaryGivenName}. Is there one for Creditors? Eg. {CreditorContactGivenName},
    It will be great if Property Tree can populate the Insurance Expiry Date in Mail Merge. Eg. ({InsuranceExpiryDate})

  18. It would significantly improve efficiency if the Property Manager was visible in the inbox view next to the Name and Address for email and SMS communications.

    This would allow users to quickly determine whether a message should remain assigned to the company or be reallocated to the correct Property Manager—without needing to open each property to check.

    For teams managing a high volume of communications, this small change would remove unnecessary steps and save considerable time across the day.
    This enhancement would streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve response times.

  20. Id like to be able to create an adhoc emails and select the time and date it is sent out.
    Example - If I am at my desk at 5am or 10pm trying to get a few things done, I would like to be able to have the email sent out to tenants or owners between 9am-6pm only.
