When sending an email (new or reply) it has a really large gap when you hit enter to make another paragraph and it defaults to System Font, it would be great to be able to select your own font.

SMS communications should be able to come from the property manager's phone number. Alternatively, you should be able to divert the allocated phone number's phone calls to your office phone. Currently, if a client receives a SMS, when they call the number it is disconnected.

Forwarding emails & communications capabilities
System Enhancement Request – Email Functionality
The email functionality within the system requires significant improvement to support efficient property management workflows.
Currently, when managing correspondence within strata, owner, tenant and creditor profiles, there is no ability to simply forward an email together with its original attachments. Instead, users must manually copy and paste the email content, download each attachment, create a new email, and reattach the files. This can require 10-15 additional clicks for a task that should take seconds.
Key improvements requested:
Ability to forward emails directly from within the profile while retaining all original attachments.
