  1. Show the Account Summary in Invoice Genius, like it's already displaying on the standard ‘Create Creditor Invoice’ screen. It’s very helpful to see if an owner has an Ownership Balance / Available Balance

  2. Creditor current banking details to show when loading invoices.
    It is too easy for a creditor to change bank accounts and not advise in writing separately.

    Just changing their details on an invoice seems to be the new norm.

    We need to see the banking bsb and account details to check when loading invoices.
    Or the sale of a business and we are not advised.

  3. We can view through the eye statements although it is not how they appear when being sent to an owner and too large to be able to check especially on a larger rent roll. Ability to send statements to agency like the Income and Expenditure Reports so we can accurately check statements prior to sending to the owners

  4. It is currently not possible to see any PAID Tenancy Invoices from the Tenancy Profile > Financials tab.
    Any chance you can add a ‘View Invoices’ button to the Tenancy Profile > Financials tab > Outstanding Invoices section, which then takes you to the ‘Find Tenancy Invoice’ screen, with the filter for the individual Tenant already selected?
    It would work exactly like the already existing feature for ‘View Fees’, but in this case it’s for Tenancy Invoices.

    It might also be good to have that feature available for the Creditor Invoices on the Owner Profile.

  8. Having just come over from REST, I am very surprised that the ability to amend an account code (once transaction has been processed in the system) is not available in Property Tree. We have had some account errors occur with migration so the fact that I cannot correct these as I could have in REST is far from ideal. This leaves no room for human error whatsover. Please look into this. Thank You!

  9. Would like a template field for Tenancy Overview to enable an overview to be included in a mail merge for rental arrears sent to the tenant by email. I think this would help the tenants understand the arrears and avoid PM's having to send 2x separate emails.

  10. When you are doing work order, it would be really handy to be able to see if you have created a work order but not actually sent the work or quote order. At the moment it says it's open but you can't see until you go into each work order if it has been sent to not. we have had a couple of issues lately where they have not been sent and we think they have.

  11. There is no option for a merge field for commission, the commission amount needs to be on the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice to Vendor, not being able to merge this information directly onto the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice leaves alot of room for human error, especially when entering multiple sales. There are also no merge fields for Vendor & Purchaser Conveyancer contact details (phone numbers, emails etc) also important to be noted on the Sales Advice

  13. Add a 'Business Role' filter to anywhere there is a filter for Portfolio.

    Including Find Pages, Reporting and all Dashboards

    This will assist immensely when reporting or searching for anything by Portfolio to define the results by a specific Business' Role.

    As an example, currently in Find Profile > You cannot find a simple list of properties that are UNASSIGNED for the Business Role 'Property Manager'.

  14. Add a filter to exclude commercial rent invoices from the list of overdue tenancy invoices. Commercial invoices are sent to tenants 14 days before they are due so they end up showing as overdue when we want to just check on overdue water usgae or outgoings invoices

  16. When you entered a receipt into Rest, you could see where the tenants would now be paid to and also what remaining arrears there were left to pay. In PropertyTree you can't see this unless you open the receipt again after it's confirmed.

  17. Level of authentication when updating different things in PT, should be configured by agency rather than a one rule for all accounts.
    Currently PM's have to authenticate when adding a new Owner to PT, some agencies do not want this & would like to have option to switch it on, or off

  18. When issuing a work order for a tradesperson, we should be able to select a due date that they need to have this completed by. If they don't complete it by this due date, we can then filter through overdue work orders and follow up from there.

  19. It would be great to have another inspection type 'follow-up inspection' we can use for return inspections. The reason being, it would then be able to be scheduled without taking the next scheduled routine out of the system which unfortunately can result in an error putting it back in after the follow-up is complete. The follow up should be it's own separate type and schedule. That way it can be scheduled after a routine without affecting the next routine.
