Change of tenancy
Similar to a change of ownership, it would be great if there was a change of tenancy option. This would be used when there are multiple tenants on a lease/in a property and one/some of them were to move out and others moved in. The change of tenancy option would allow for a record to be kept of the original tenants, the change over and all the details associated whilst also not having to delete any names or create entire new profiles and manage rent dates etc.

In notes Property under keys, allow for photos to be dropped in.
Being able to drop in photo's we can exactly what keys we are either holding as well what keys building managers are holding and what we have given out. This will be a great help.

Under the ownership tag in property tree would love to have a section where if the property is owned by a corporation we can add the ACN.

Add Strata Company/Contact Creation Within the Property Strata Screen
It would be a significant improvement if Property Tree allowed users to create or add a new strata company/contact directly from the Strata section within a property's details, rather than requiring users to leave the property, navigate to the Contractors module, create the contact there, and then return to the property.
A workflow similar to the Sales module would be ideal, where users can create a new conveyancer directly from the relevant screen without interrupting the setup process.

Confirmation pop-up to remove withholds- There should be a confirmation message first if you opt to remove a witthold. The current one is prone to accidental removal since it only takes an accidental click.

Tenancy traffic light system
It would be great if we can have an optional tenant profile indicator to help us quickly identify the nature of a tenancy at a glance. For example, green = good tenancy (no concerns), amber = requires extra attention (occasional issues), red = complex (significant issues like arrears, repeated breaches etc).

Ability to add more tags onto Creditor profile
For example, Electricians can do Electrical, Solar & Airconditioning - PT only allows one tag ie Electrical. We need others attached to the one Creditor for easier searching by tags.

More Info in Property Details
We need more information in the Property Details section:
- a section to enter the location of the car space(s)
- a field for number of storage cages and their location
- tick boxes for whether property has embedded electricity, gas, hot water, internet etc.

Lost Management Reason Note or Text Box
It would be great to have a “lost reason” text box (similar to the property‑specific maintenance notes field) to add additional details explaining the reason for the lost management.

An Income & Expenditure statement should be able to be created directly through the Ownership profile.

Need a total of approved occupants displayed in the tenancy card so its easy when you're doing routines or lease renewals to know who should be at the property
