Need a total of approved occupants displayed in the tenancy card so its easy when you're doing routines or lease renewals to know who should be at the property

Change of ownership - Transfer documents and maintenance
when change of ownership is carried out, property documents and maintenance jobs need to transfer with it, the owner may change but the property issues and documents remain with the property always.

Archiving a tenancy when management is lost
When you have a lost management and this is ticked in the property, you should be able to archive the tenancy without putting in a vacate date as technically they have not vacated. This would be useful if the tenancy has a rent credit and the ownership has already received the funds.

Adding an alert or notification to PM's when a lease is going to expire
Adding lease expiring alert/notification functionality. Currently Property Tree functionally allows for emailing tenants and owners this notification, but there is nothing to alert a PM that the lease ending, which would really help a PM manage their own portfolio.
This would take away for the manual need to add reminders to separate platforms such an email calendar, which isn't efficient and creates extra work for a PM. It would also eliminate human error.
A simple alert when at a time of the PM's choosing (ie. 3 months prior, 6 weeks, 1 month etc - I also think this function should…

Making Bond and Deposit Information Mandatory for Residential Setup
It would be lovely if residential profiles could not be able to be finalised without the required bond amount being entered. This would stop bond payments being automatically allocated to rent in the meantime.

More Options for Property Type
We have a lot of Villas and Units and these are not options under property types. It would be good if we can add our own into these lists as currently no option to do so

No Bond Required
We have tenancies where it may be a leasehold, owners friend, family etc and a bond may not be payable but it will come up on the "no bond held" report.
It would be good if you could enter in "No Bond Required" in reference or as a drop down option so it had it's own report for filtering.

So that we are able to look at the property photos to remind us what they look like - good for when we do rental increases

Pop Up alerts when entering Tenant Vacating Details
We would love to see a pop up come up when entering Tenant vacate information for specific information that needs to be done for that property - e.g. we have one property and if it's going to be empty for more that a week the gas pilot needs to be turned off by the body corp maintenance guy otherwise the owner gets hit with a large bill when it's vacant. The pinned notes are not obvious enough unless you consciously click on them to see what they are.

When creating a new tenancy will be great to have the tenancy ID which is BPay compatible reference.
BPAY Compatible Tenancy ID so when a new tenancy is creating, it allocates the BPAY number automatically rather than manually entering it. REST use to have that and it was a great

Ability to archive a zero transaction property instead of delete
When you have a property and owner that have not had any transactions it would be helpful to archive them instead of having to delete them. Ie Sometimes we will sign up a new management and for whatever reason it doesn't go ahead in the end. We then can't account for that as a lost property in proper reporting and retain the data in PT, there is only the option to delete the profile.

deleting inactive creditors
We have a large portfolio and would like the ability to create a report of inactive creditors - both trades and other creditors so we can archive them on an annual basis and keep our records and database tidy. I have tried doing this through BI but it misses the creditors and doing it through Property Tree limits a search to 2000 records which is the size of our database so doesn't work either. Please advise if you have a better way.............. your support team recommended I put this idea here

Strata Company contacts listed under the property section
List the company name, p[hone and email address of the strata manager who is looking after the building in the event that works or reporting items that are on the common property
