  1. The SSO update is intended to improve security and ease access; but, every time we add ownership or a creditor, we must input an OTP. Assume we add 10 ownerships/creditors per day, means we must also generate 10 OTPs.

    Code takes too long to arrive at times and is quite time consuming. Instead of always entering OTP, I believe we should have the choice to verify once and trust a device without constantly inputting OTP.

  2. It would be great if there was an integration with tenancy services (MBIE) for when the new online bond lodgements become available at the end of November 2024 so we can bulk load bond lodgements

  3. Updating existing tenancy via FLKitover any event driven fees are not currently setup to charge. Could you please setup an automatic charge for existing tenancy. As such, when we do renewal lease, Property Tree could trigger the renewal lease fee.

  4. REI intergration - It should grab the "ownership name" not the ownership contact name. This leads to incorrect info populating which is less than helpful

  6. We work across two states, so would love that REI ACT & REI NSW both integrate into the system together. It would also be good if it pulled up more data from Property Tree into the documents, then what it currently does (for instance when doing a new lease it only pulls up one owners name not both or the owners contact name, not necessarily the name of ownership)

    It would be great to have an integration where we enter termination details and then can pull the form pre populated as best as possible as well - just in general…

  7. The Find Creditor Invoice page has links for #, CREDITOR and PROPERTY. Adding a CREATE INVOICE link will make creating an invoice with the same creditor and property quicker and easier. Please consider.

  8. Can Property Tree tasks and schedules integrate and populate into google or apple calendar similar to what VaultRE does with open homes (I.E when an open home is scheduled in VaultRE this sync/showed in our apple calendar)

  9. Ability to allocate held funds from the Tenancy Funds Summary page to more than one tenancy at a time. Either the option to return to the tenancy funds summary page or tick boxes so you can select all tenants you wish to allocate held funds in one go. At the moment you have to keep going back and reloading the summary page. Would be great for those who hold funds for holiday accommodation.

  10. We would love our integration with Better Bricks+Agent Maintenance feeding through information to the PT maintenance Dashboard tab and Statistic Reports.

Implement a calender into property tree that will pull across all rent increases, inspections, vacating tenants etc, that way you can pull up your calender for the day, EXAMPLE: if you've selected 'notify rent increases 14 days prior' it will be there ready to go for you 14 days before it is due.

  12. Would be great to have integration with REA ignite, similar to Snug integration. This would allow approved tenants to be imported straight into property tree, cutting down data entry and saving any manual processing errors. Our REA rep advises that they are open and willing to begin working on an integration.

  13. Bricks & Agents (Maintenance Plus) is a third party product that integrates into PT/MRI. We as PT/MRI Clients should be able to deactivate regardless of whether jobs are open or not in the maintenance tab section.

    By PT/MRI not allowing this option it allows the third party application to hold us ransom to their product which we are no longer wishing to use.

    Either -:

    1. PT imports the job information in full form third party and allows deactivation without jobs requiring closure

    2. PT allows deactivation without jobs requiring closure so that we can start using the property tree maintenance product…

  14. Smoke Alarms Australia can push invoices through to us via Invoice Automate (B+A) but the system cannot recognise these and add them to the compliance register. It would be super efficient if approving the invoice added the invoice to the compliance documents and updated the register's expiry and inspection dates.

  15. When setting up a new PT account, there should be an option allowing the agency to clone all templates in their original PT account, i.e. logos, letters, notices, tasks, categories & business roles.
    This would greatly help if the agency is expanding into new PT accounts using their current trading name.

  16. Would be good to have all the properties synced into Inspection Manager rather than just the ones with upcoming inspections. We have to enter them into inspections summary as ingoing/outgoing and then sync to IM but once we close it it charges a routine inspection

  18. Calendar integration for Inspections. Inspections times are sent to the PM Calendar 7 days prior to the booked inspection.

  19. Merge fees and charges from property tree to REI forms. This would save so much time when having to do new agency agreements for existing owners with the same fees and charges carrying over.

  20. So when doing rent increases the system upgrade suggestions are as below.

    1. The system doesn’t populate the second and proceeding tenants.
    2. The system doesn’t populate the rent increase amount or date of increase even though the information is populated in PT
    3. The PT system names the file as Notice of Rent Increase11 Esher Street, BurwoodMaria Falguera & Leonardo Falguera_Ref-0045608940.p but wont allow you to save it in PT saying it includes invalid characters, then why doesn’t the system name it something compatible. They created the system.

    So we have no choice but to save the notice to property…
