Auto Communication option for rent increases reminding the week before the increase commences
As with auto comms for up coming routine inspections, auto comms for rent increases just before they are about to commence would be helpful.

Email, Message or SMS failure alert/pop up
Notify users when any emails, messages or SMS fail rather than having to go and check a list. Perhaps an alert at the top of the page which then produces a list of what needs to be checked. The impact of missing this information is huge, particularly with compliance.

Forwarding emails in Communication Platform
The new Communications Platform does not have a Forward ability and only has a reply option. Work around: If you reply to the email and replace the email address to the recipient required this will then work as a forward. Would be easier to just have a Forward option.

Out of office reply for portal messages
Would be helpful to have an out of office option for portal messages that are received out of hours. Especially when a tenant is requesting maintenance. We could then include emergy contact details to the email etc

Ability to add a preferred name for owners
Contact Cards to include a 'preferred name' and then that name displayed on Ownership card.

Invoices Paid Watermark
It would be helpful if the creditor invoices attached to the owner statements could have a PAID watermark added. This would avoid owners then thinking the invoices need to be paid by them directly and making duplicate payments to creditors.

Ability to add an email signature not just a banner image
All email signatures currently are banners. This is very limited to having the entire content of an email signature within an image banner.
We need free text to create our own.

Creditor remittance should sent to accounts email
Creditor statements are sent to the main contact against the creditor. This should only be for maintenance. The statement should be linked to the accounts contact, if one is entered. Primary should only be used if there is no accounts contact

Invoice for Residential Rent
We need to be able to invoice for residential rent, like commercial. We have a lot of businesses that pay rent for their employees and this is a very manual process

Unsubscribe feature
There is an unsubscribe option that Owners can click on at the bottom of the Ownership Statements email.
As most Agencies no longer post Statements, this option is not viable given if the Contact does unsubscribe, they are automatically set to 'Post' for all communications.

Edit a tenant invoice when entered through creditor invoicing
Would like to be able to edit a tenant invoice when it's entered via create creditor invoice or invoice genius. Can currently do this when it's just a tenant invoice entered, but through the other way it's linked and we have to cancel the invoice and re enter it.

Emails sent to have "opened" and/or "read" time stamped status
It would be extremely helpful in tribunals or regarding any communication discrepancy to have this feature attached to emails sent so you can see whether the recipient has received and opened the email (also including a time and date stamp).

Unread portal messages when opened by wrong team member
If someone accidentally opened another team members portal message it would be great to be able to unread this message so it still looks like it needs to be opened.

Commercial Rent Review Types
Under Tenancy/Lease and Rent/Next Rent Review, would you please add the type of review for commercial tenants, i.e. Market, CPI, Fixed Increase. This also needs to be available on reports and in mail merge fields

Compact owner statements should show the full address
The compact owner statement template needs to show the full property address including the suburb. At present it only says the street address and number. This has been questioned by brokers when owners are re-financing.

Notice to Leave for ending Fixed Term Tenancy after 1 October 2022
With the changes to the Legislation coming into effect on 1 October 2022 with regards to Notice to Leaves without grounds, is there any way to enter a Notice to Leave for a Fixed Term Tenancy without having to put it in the Vacate section – basically, if we enter a NTL for every Tenant for the end of their tenancy, every tenant in the database will be classified as “Vacating” – is there someway around this?
11 votesAfter discussions with a number of clients, feedback has been that the Termination date on the tenancy could be used to record this date, as this does not trigger the normal vacate activity. Add a Business Role filter to anywhere there is a filter for Portfolio
Add a 'Business Role' filter to anywhere there is a filter for Portfolio.
Including Find Pages, Reporting and all Dashboards
This will assist immensely when reporting or searching for anything by Portfolio to define the results by a specific Business' Role.
As an example, currently in Find Profile > You cannot find a simple list of properties that are UNASSIGNED for the Business Role 'Property Manager'.

Cancelled Invoices - show who cancelled the invoice
Cancelled Creditor Invoices and Tenancy Invoices display a status of 'cancelled xx/xx/22' and the 'info' symbol displays cancelled reason.
It would be helpful to also display the User who cancelled the invoice as this is not displayed at all
Eg: when clicking on the 'info' symbol it displays 'reason' + 'User initials or short name'

Tags on Fee Editor
Would be great to be able to add 'Tag' option to Fee editor, so that when adding or updating Fee/s you can select and bulk update by the relevant Tag.
This would be especially helpful when importing a Rent Roll (were fees are not imported as part of the import process) so you can manually update Fees by selecting the new rent roll Tag and selecting to update all Properties that use this Tag.

Add portal messages to the communication platform
It would be helpful to have the portal messages in the same area as the communication platform. Checking and replying to messages in two different areas is confusing and time consuming
