  1. As with auto comms for up coming routine inspections, auto comms for rent increases just before they are about to commence would be helpful.

  2. Notify users when any emails, messages or SMS fail rather than having to go and check a list. Perhaps an alert at the top of the page which then produces a list of what needs to be checked. The impact of missing this information is huge, particularly with compliance.

  3. The new Communications Platform does not have a Forward ability and only has a reply option. Work around: If you reply to the email and replace the email address to the recipient required this will then work as a forward. Would be easier to just have a Forward option.

  4. It would be helpful if the creditor invoices attached to the owner statements could have a PAID watermark added. This would avoid owners then thinking the invoices need to be paid by them directly and making duplicate payments to creditors.

  5. Would be helpful to have an out of office option for portal messages that are received out of hours. Especially when a tenant is requesting maintenance. We could then include emergy contact details to the email etc

  6. Like REST , can we please be able email tenants/ landlord's ledger as and when it is viewed in order to save time. Else, we have to save on desk top and then email . Later delete what's on the desk top - It's all time consuming! Thanks

  7. It would be extremely helpful in tribunals or regarding any communication discrepancy to have this feature attached to emails sent so you can see whether the recipient has received and opened the email (also including a time and date stamp).

  8. All email signatures currently are banners. This is very limited to having the entire content of an email signature within an image banner.

    We need free text to create our own.

  9. Ability to enter an increase to bonds like we do when entering a rent increase to the rent schedule, and this would need a due date.

    The due date could trigger an auto comms to send that the bond top up of X is due to be paid, and auto comms could be set to send X days ahead.

    This way, the original bond details remain (what was required at the time of commencement) and would track all bond top ups as rents are increased during the tenancy.

  11. We need to be able to invoice for residential rent, like commercial. We have a lot of businesses that pay rent for their employees and this is a very manual process

  12. Creditor statements are sent to the main contact against the creditor. This should only be for maintenance. The statement should be linked to the accounts contact, if one is entered. Primary should only be used if there is no accounts contact

  13. If someone accidentally opened another team members portal message it would be great to be able to unread this message so it still looks like it needs to be opened.

  14. Be able to invoice a tenant direct to creditor not through the owner. For example if the bond claim is received prior to the invoice being received the owner does not get paid the creditor gets paid the invoice. Rest used to have this option.

  15. Would like to be able to edit a tenant invoice when it's entered via create creditor invoice or invoice genius. Can currently do this when it's just a tenant invoice entered, but through the other way it's linked and we have to cancel the invoice and re enter it.

  16. It would be helpful to have the portal messages in the same area as the communication platform. Checking and replying to messages in two different areas is confusing and time consuming

  17. Used the same as owners managements, smoke alarms and owners insurances this will give us a place to easily record and follow up outdated contractors. Having the ability to also send out reminders and requests for updates would be the biggest time saver.

  18. The compact owner statement template needs to show the full property address including the suburb. At present it only says the street address and number. This has been questioned by brokers when owners are re-financing.

  19. Under Tenancy/Lease and Rent/Next Rent Review, would you please add the type of review for commercial tenants, i.e. Market, CPI, Fixed Increase. This also needs to be available on reports and in mail merge fields

  20. Cancelled Creditor Invoices and Tenancy Invoices display a status of 'cancelled xx/xx/22' and the 'info' symbol displays cancelled reason.

    It would be helpful to also display the User who cancelled the invoice as this is not displayed at all

    Eg: when clicking on the 'info' symbol it displays 'reason' + 'User initials or short name'
