Show arrears and invoicing owing on receipts
Have the total arrears display on the receipt. On the receipt screen once entered it shows the arrears for rent, this should come through to the printed/emailed receipt. Same for invoices - it doesn't currently show the outstanding amount, only what has been paid (it doesn't even show what the original invoice amount was)

Sort Order of Properties on Owner Statements
For Ownerships that have multiple properties on one statement, the properties should be sorted in a logical order. At the moment, they are not in numerical order by way of Unit number. There should be an ability to set the order by Unit Number or an order of your choosing.

Option to send job progress email.
After a work order has been sent, the only options currently are "Re-send work order" and "download work order". It would be very helpful if there is an option for "send a request for job progress". This way we can conveniently follow up with the creditor.

Maintenance Notes
Once a note is entered against a maintenance job it would be good if there could be an indication that there is a note in there such as the same where it lists the number of pictures against the same maintenance job

Surprised this isn't idea considering it could be in REST. Would love to be able to add notes onto the owners monthly statements.

New Tenant Water Invoice
Add a Water invoice for tenants where we can add a water reading into the tenancy invoice and have that new water reading update against the reading information stored on the tenant profile. This information should then populate against the new water invoice that is entered against this tenant

Auto Communications - Time and days that communications are sent
Auto Communications - Time / Day Communications are Sent -
We are constantly receiving reports from tenants that auto-communications are being received after 6.00pm.
This is not reasonable.
The auto-communications should be RECEIVED during business hours.
We should also have the ability to select whether our office chooses to send auto-communications on weekends or public holidays.
This is an issue that Property Tree should be fixing now. It's certainly been discussed enough times.27 votes -
New Compliance Option - No Compliance Selected
When trying to work out properties where no compliance option has been selected, Property Tree does not have a report to aid with this. Could an option be added to the existing Compliance Register to allow for this. Ie. in the Managed By dropdown add an option for 'no compliance option selected.' Then clients could filter by this option.

Show more information in the inspection summary such as the last inspection date and agent name
Show the last inspection date in the inspection summary with the next inspection date, as well as the option for the the agent name and inspection frequency

Removing creditor from quote
Currently when adding a creditor to the quote request there is a "X" next to them but once the quote request has been sent you can not clear this creditor without cancelling the whole job or approving another quote. I have an instance where multplie contractors are not able to attend to quote on a job and I can clear them off the quote request which now has 7 creditors attached to it. If the creditor advises they can not quote on the job there should be an option to cancel that creditor off the job.

Rent payments view on ownership portal
Currently, the owners need to download the ledger in order to view the tenants 'effective paid to date'. The ownership portal currently only shows when the tenants next due date is for rent, which is not reflective of when the tenants are actually paid to. It would be great if this could be changed to reflect the effective paid to date as it is a more accurate representation of the rental payments.

Owner fees for new tenancies should only be charged after the lease commencement date.

'Not for Relet' report
Have the ability to filter on properties that are currently set at the new status ‘Not for Relet’.
For example, have it added to the Dashboard and Vacant Properties report, for easy and quick access.

Require a field to have the Business name or Trading as.

Smoke alarm compliance
The old smoke alarm display had better information at a glance. It showed the date the smoke alarm was last serviced and the type of smoke alarm.
Could that please be included in the Register so it can be seen at a glance and not having to go via the pencil.25 votes
