  1. Ability to suspend fees for a set period (like dates for automated communications). At the moment they have to be deleted and then added back in. Other option would be to $0 out the fees (which currently you have to delete them and re-add them later), if we can enter a $0 charge then we can report on this to check/alter

  2. It would be highly beneficial for commercial tenancy ledgers to show a notation whenever credits are added to a tenancy via replacement invoice. At present, the only notation available is the replacement invoice and the reason does not show in the same way that it does on a residential ledger. Whilst the reason is visible within Property Tree on the receipting screen, this is not helpful when providing a ledger to a tenancy or reviewing a ledger in general.

  3. Have the tenant lease start and end date appear when doing a create tenancy invoice (currently does when oncharging from the creditor invoice or invoice genius). Also show if a vacate date is entered

  4. We would love to see merge fields for the compliance dates so that they can be easily inserted into lease agreements and disclosure statements - in particular, the last serviced date

  5. Checklists - it would be great to have checklists available to attach to either an owner, property or tenant for new managements, lost managements, new tenancies, break leases, lease renewals, vacating tenants etc. If we could customise them to suit the business and they attach to the corresponding event. Setup same as merge mail templates so it is easy to adopt your own procedures.

  6. I have an owner with multiple properties over two agencies.
    He wants to be able to sort or filter his documents in the 'my documents' section.
    There is no option to do this and order the current order seems be be a bit random.
    Would be nice to be able to select a property and only have its supporting documents available on the screen.

  8. • ability to charge Commercial Tenants any Fees, such as Management Fees that are 100% payable by tenants
    • and have those fees recorded on Agency Income reports and stats
    • the invoice date & due date are also very important, with a proper Tenancy Invoice Due Date, NOT “Tenancy Invoice Due Date ## Days” after issue – this formula does not work – not even with the current PT Recurring Creditor Invoice

    Currently,
    • to charge such fees we need to create one-off invoices (because recurring invoices doesn’t work for this scenario). However, this is still not a solution,…

  10. There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication. It is imperative as at times, "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication.

  11. It would be great to have PropertyTree on an application, not just the "Property Contacts" application where it's contacts only. It's critical to be able to record phone calls/sms's/notes when out on the road and also be able to just click on owners/tenants phone numbers from the site; so really combine PT Contacts app with the Propertytree website

  12. I would like to request your assistance in developing a system to automatically send cancellation emails for routine inspections. Currently, there is no automated process in place, and this would greatly improve communication with tenants.

  13. Improvement Suggestion: Streamline Routine Inspection Scheduling

    Is anyone actually using Property Tree for scheduling routine inspections? I am trying and finding the current system is clunky, clumsy, and lacks essential features.

    Key Pain Points:

    Missed Properties: No way to track if a property has been missed for scheduling

    Holiday Scheduling: No block-out periods for holidays, inspectors' leave, or public holidays.

    Route Planning: No effective route planner within the scheduler, making it difficult to schedule and navigate multiple properties.

    Current route planner only allows for 7 properties, which is insufficient for our needs (up to 15 inspections per day).

Currently when adding a creditor to the quote request there is a "X" next to them but once the quote request has been sent you can not clear this creditor without cancelling the whole job or approving another quote. I have an instance where multplie contractors are not able to attend to quote on a job and I can clear them off the quote request which now has 7 creditors attached to it. If the creditor advises they can not quote on the job there should be an option to cancel that creditor off the job.

  18. I noticed that if there are multiple properties under one ownership, then the owner ledger shows all properties records together, it is hard for us to find a record of one single property, hope you can a function allowing user to check owner records of one single property.

  19. When we receive an invoice updating compliance, have a tick box (like the one we use to close maintenance) to update the date that the compliance is due.
