Workflows - ability to have a workflow that does not need to be attached to a property/owner, etc.
Workflows - ability to have a workflow that does not need to be attached to a property/owner, etc. New managements for example, being able to have the workflow from when you receive a new management agreement - so from the set up of the owner/property, etc. Obviously we don't have the owner/property in the system. The workflow template currently starts at saving the management agreement under the owner, and those final bits. I really think it is important to have a workflow that begins right at the moment we take on management of the property, as there is a lot…

Workflow/task bell
when clicking on the bell, the lists show every section of a workflow and it appears you have many more than you do. Can it just show the heading related to the property only and not every individual section.

Automated Key Return Reminder
It would be great if there was a way to have an automated message sent to individuals that have logged keys out as a reminder to return them. Something similar to the below (both text and email would be great)

WorkFlow Audit Reporting
When auditing workflows for reporting it would be helpful if it had further insights.
IE. When a new tenancy moves in, I can run a report for all of December and 20 completed workflows may appear but 30 new tenants may have been signed up so there would be a gap of 10 missing.
To work this out I would have to run the workflow report and the a original lease start date report to work out the missing profiles.
This would be the same with a end of tenancy etc.

Be able to add a status to the tenancy leases page for expiring leases
When looking at the tenancy leasing page, especially when looking at upcoming lease expiries, it would be good to be able to add in a status to know where that is sitting all at a glance without having to figure out in the workflows. A status that says something like "with owner", "offer with tenant", "documents being signed" etc. It would then be easy to see where the lease renewal, rent review or lease expiries are sitting across the board at a quick glance.

Find Notes Report Should Not Always Include Archived Properties
When you run a find notes report, this also brings up the notes for that category for all archived properties too. We should be able to print a report just with the notes for this category for active listings only please (toggle for include archived). Thank you

When sending Emails in general, have a status as Urgent and Important.

Ability to add an Ad Hoc task to a Workflow
Ability to add an Ad Hoc task to a Workflow - as we all know unexpected things crop up all the time, being able to add a one off task to a work flow would be very helpful
I have a work around in the meantime - add a task called' Ad Hoc' to the Workflow when setting it up, then everything in it can be edited if it is required.

It would be great if a workflow could be started automatically based on a task such as Add a new tenant and convert prospect. Would be great to customise these to suit our business needs.

Workflow Bar Visibility
Have ability to toggle "Workflow Bar" on screen at all times, regardless of if you are completing an action so that you do not need to navigate to and from the page to see Workflow. For example: at the moment, the workflow bar only appears if completing an "action" but there are only 4 actions available (being edit lease & rent, edit vacate, add rent & schedule, and send email) None of these actions relate to setting up a new management, therefore the workflow bar cannot be utilised when it would be great to have it on screen. bond
When we enter a rent adjustment, the system has updated to have the option to also add the bond adjustment, it would be great if there was a way to enter a date when the bond is due to be paid and only then have it set as payment required as we are unable to receipt funds for the bond until the rent adjustment date.

Display Property Address in Task/Workflow Notifications
Currently, property address is only displayed when task is created under a property profile. I’d like to suggest including the property address in task notifications when tasks are created under owner or tenant cards too. This would make it much easier to quickly identify which property each task relates to.

The ability to simplify workflows and to reduce the amount of tasks within a workflow. One task that has more functionality ie. more shortcuts to actions in property tree and ability to have more than one hyperlink

Workflow due date
The team are getting overwhelmed with the amount of tasks within a workflow. It is time consuming and difficult to schedule them due to the way the workflows are set up with a start date. Would be great to have a due date to work towards that triggers the tasks within the workflow based on the completion date. For example a lost management workflow - could be 30, 60 or 90 days.
