Communications messages should be able to be dropped and dragged into relevant areas in the system
Is this something you will be improving? it seems to be a system flaw and not practical at all that messages to your communications area cannot be posted/dropped into other areas of the system. For example a request for maintenance . I should be able to drag the message into the job request area. Or tenant queries etc into Notes for the tenant

There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication
There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication. It is imperative as at times, "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication.

It would be great to add a new mail merge field for Tenancy_RentPeriodNew. There is an option for RentAmountNew but no option for when the payment period is changing also.

Reply button for emails within communications tab in tenant/owner profile
To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.

Communication - Manual receipt Transactions
We are always trying to improve the % of Receipts that process automatically (within defined parameters). Currently we use the Tenant Download report for manual receipts to identify these Renters/Payments and send an email to advise of the problem with their receipts. This email advises them of their Rent amount, Rent period and Rent ReferenceID and includes instructions to assist with where to put the reference. It would be amazing if we could somehow automatically send (where appropriate), these emails (and/or SMS) to these Renters. This would be a real time saver and improve receipting efficiencies down the track by…

Ability to send comms from Business Role
Currently you can only send automated comms from a User, Point of Contact or Company. However when you have 2x people working on one property, various comms should be sent from either user.

Ability to filter owner automatic communications for routine inspections
At the moment we can only turn on or off automatic communications to all owners. There is no option to have it only for select owners.
We only have a handful of owners wanting to be invited to routine inspections and having the ability to turn on the automatic communications just for those owners would be ideal and save a long and tedious manual process of filtering the database to find those owners then send them an email.

Communications Email
Communications email to be alerted and show a track record through the communications tab on the portfolio, like other CRMs offer. This is great for when PM's are away or tracking important emails without having to search multiple outlets. Good for training as well.

Option to edit PDF work orders.
Create an option to edit the PDF work orders within configuaration settings. Currently you can edit the email template for creditors, however there is no option to edit the PDF version that is attached to the email.
Currently we have a discrepency between work order email and work order PDF, PDF does not state billing details and we have had problems with invoices being addressed incorrectly due to this as some contractors go off of the PDF instead of email.

I would like the ability to be able to change the time that the automatic Tenant invoicing gets sent out to my tenants. They are receiving notifications at 3 am and feel this is extremely inconsiderate.

Customise the timing of the weekly email that is sent from Property Tree

Have a message on the sms mobile number
When we send an sms with reply active, it just shows up as a number, nothing about the company that sent it or that it is Reply Only. When you ring the number, it says this number is not available, call again later.............so some Tenants are saying they have tried to call me multiple times.
Need an auto message on all sms' sent out with Company Name and Text Reply only available or similar. The other outgoing SMS had DO NOT REPLY message at the front of it so it must be possible!
