  3. It would be great to have the option to either CC or BCC the staff member in any Auto Communications sent out, or even create an auto generated email summary of all communications sent off for the day.

  6. Feature Request: Automated Owner Invoice Overdue Notifications

    Property Tree already offers strong automation for arrears, inspections and maintenance, but there’s a gap when it comes to ownership invoices.

    I’d like to propose an automated workflow that triggers when an ownership invoice becomes overdue, with the ability to send a branded email reminder to the rental provider. This would be particularly useful for items like landlord insurance renewals, smoke alarm subscriptions, compliance services and other owner-funded invoices that require timely payment to avoid lapses in coverage.

  9. Have the option to make two Primary contacts, as mostly all the landlords want information and correspondence not just one. That way this speaks to inspection manager and routine inspection reports can be emailed to both landlords automatically instead of typing them in every time for properties.

  10. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  12. There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication. It is imperative as at times, "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication.

  13. Remove Revoked Users OR Read Only User from Communications Assignee List. This is making it very difficult to monitor emails when staff are away etc as alll users that have ever been entered into the system show in this list. It also shows us all of our read only agents etc. We cannot revoke access without reallocating any communications to the user anyway so would be great to have only active people show and maybe a revoked section if needed. OR at least have read only or revoked next to the users name and filter them to the bottom. We…

  15. Option to deactivate/archive a mail merge template without deleting it from the templates in full. At present having to rename so it drops to the bottom of the template list.

  16. When you exit communications if it could stay on that page where you are up to instead of refreshing Home, becoming frustrating when you have to open the communication to check if thats the email you are looking for.

  17. It would be great to be able to forward any email received in the communications tab not just the latest email as part of an email thread. This would enable you to forward previous correspondence that has attachments. Currently, any attachments previously received do not get forwarded as part of the email thread unless they are attached to the most recent email received.

  18. When opening and reading a email, you have the hyperlink for the name and address above the body of the email that you can click on.

    When you click on these hyperlinks it takes you to that page which is great but it is in the same window.

    It would be great to either be able to have that hyperlink automatically open a new window with the details or be able to right click and 'open new tab'.

    This way you can review the email and work on the details in another screen.

  19. Is this something you will be improving? it seems to be a system flaw and not practical at all that messages to your communications area cannot be posted/dropped into other areas of the system. For example a request for maintenance . I should be able to drag the message into the job request area. Or tenant queries etc into Notes for the tenant
