  3. Request to Add Compliance Check Option on DashboardHi Team,

    I would like to request an addition to the Agency section on the dashboard: an option for Compliance Check Reports. This would allow us to easily track which properties:

    Have pending compliance checks

    Are due soon

    Require follow-up

    Implementing this feature will help us manage compliance more efficiently and ensure that no important deadlines are missed.

  4. Currently, if something is accidentally entered or marked as completed incorrectly, there’s no way to remove it from the system.

    For example, we have a migrated “Smoke Alarm” category that we no longer use. There are three properties where this category was marked as complete, and it can’t be deleted from the property tab. As a result, we now have a redundant category cluttering the list that we don’t and will never use.

  5. For the properties that do have compliance already, is it possible to create a compliance template fields that gets created and sent out automatically at the end of the compliance expiry to the landlords?

  6. With the new laws coming in for energy efficient ratings for properties in 2026. We need to keep a list of appliances ie a/c, hws, solar etc for each property and their ratings. As this will be a requirement for marketing and advertising purposes. Where can this be kept, compliance tab? Been looking around on Property tile - as the appliances are related to properties it would be great to have a section to be able to keep record of this information. If anyone is already doing this?   7. We have an issue where holding deposits are taken by Direct Debit but we have to convert the tenant from a prospect to load in the direct debit details. This is then charging our new tenancy fees.

    We need to be able to convert the tenant but have the trigger for the fee be Original Lease Start Date.

    Having to convert a tenant from a prospect to get an ingoing completed and lease generated (without having to duplicate the information) means we are charging an owner fees before the lease commences.

    The only work around is to have duplicate fees…

  8. Have the ability to send a tenant receipt when funds have cleared not when the bulk direct debit batch is processed.

    Send an email to the tenant to advise the direct debit has been processed and once the funds are cleared, you will be issued with a tenant receipt. Once the clearance days has passed and banking has been completed, have the option to send tenant receipts for cleared funds.

  9. Do not allocate the management fee until the rent as cleared.

    I am finding that with direct debit, the management fees are being allocated to the agency and if you pay the agency these are paid out before the funds are cleared.

    PT does not release uncleared funds to an owner so why release the management fees to the agency when the rent has not cleared.

  10. When I am entering a rental increase I should be able to auto update the dates of the last rental increase and next rental increase. If an auto is not possible I'd expect to see an option on the same pop up as the rent increase to update the dates at the same time in one screen

  11. it would be really helpful to have a key register where we could assign key in/out and assign trades/ownerships/tenants etc. and also the individual with the keys (i.e. jack) and contact information for the individual responsible for the key. Also to be able to print a report of the keys each day to see which keys are still out with trades. an important part of this would be to have the ability to have the keys "not to be returned" or similar if an owner is taking possession or management ending etc.

  13. As part of the new legislation we need to be able to retrieve strata By Laws to provide this to the tenant. We should be able to save the document against the strata details under the property.

  17. currently have to upload one at a time, can be time consuming when multiple photos or documents are required. It can be done when linking an invoice so would think this feature is an easy one to add

  18. Issue 1 - (Compliance – Current) - This does not accurately reflect if a property is compliant or not.

    Non-Compliant properties that have current compliance dates (This marks Compliance as Current in PT), however the actual reports are Non-Compliant due to Electrical/Gas/Smoke Alarm issues to be rectified.

    • For the property to show as Non-Compliant in PT – I must add in the Notes section: NON-COMPLIANT to help identify the Non-Compliant properties.

    • Could a Non-Compliant Tick Box be added to the Compliance Register and the Property Section to assist with clearly identifying the Non-Compliant Properties or Category even when…

  19. I recommend an audit tab under each profile ( tenancy, property and owner) which will show a log of date, time and user of making any adjust under the profile.
    for example, staff member 1 changed the rent schedule on 5/2/2025 at 11.55am. A log will show:
    User: SM1 Change: rent schedule from $300weekly to $320weekly Date/Time: 5/2/2025 11.55am
