  1. Have an option to list properties in alphabetical order, or numerical order on owner statement rather than just the order of property ID, so easier to read, you could do this in REST, there was an option in property - REPORTING ORDER.

  2. At the moment when the due date for invoices is automatically entered as the date you put it in. It would be helpful if this field was not automatically filled in and is a required field to be able to finish adding the invoice into Property Tree.

  3. In the event a Commercial/retail tenant has a rent-free period, if a credit is applied to an existing rent invoice, this is not recorded or reflected in the tenant ledger effectively. If a new employee was to take over, the ledger is extremely difficult to see if there was ever a credit applied, it just shows a lot of cancelled invoices and replacement invoices. A reason for the rent credit is requested when entering but is not noted down on the ledger once entered. The reason is only recorded on residential ledgers not commercial.

  4. Please add time based fee triggers for property transactions. Eg we require admin fees to be entered under the property for some of our managements and only for the common property for unit blocks owned by one ownership. Would be great if we can have this set up to trigger on a certain day of each month prior to end of month being run so they will appear on these owner statements.

  5. With the new legislation coming into effect, is it possible to have an alert when entering a new rent schedule that the last rent change was within the last 12 months? The user then has the option to continue with the new rent schedule or cancel. thanks

  6. A function enabling payment of all creditor invoices on an owner account in a single action, rather than requiring each invoice to be processed individually — particularly beneficial for owners with high volumes of invoices or making bulk payments to cover invoices.

  7. We have multiple tenancies were companies are paying the rent for staff and require invoices - can this option be added to the residential side where rent and dates can be carried forward without the deletion of manual invoices.

  8. Landlord received monthly statement regardless they receive money or not. All owners expect statement at the end of the month, specially if they dont receive anything, they need to know why they dont receive anything.

  9. e.g. If a rent is $1000pw we should be able to hold $200 (or 20%) for Council, then $250 (or 25%) to Strata, $100 (or 10%) to Water etc. or the named creditor the balance or % to the owner at the end of the month so when it comes time for invoice processing there will always be funds

  10. Would love the ability to be able to be able to remove / cancel any withheld funds no longer required in an ownership account when completing a bulk disbursement via "Pay Ownership" rather than having to go into individual ownership profiles to remove it.

  13. It would be great if the reason and amounts of credits issued against invoices show on the ledger. E.g. when you write off a small balance owing on a water invoice, say $0.03. I put it in the reason for the credit, but the description doesn't show on the ledger, nor does the credit amount show separately.

  14. When a creditor gives a refund (credit) against his original invoice.
    It would be good to allow the credit to be entered against his previous invoice or on his ledger.
    Even if it leaves a credit balance on the creditor.

  15. When processing an invoice in Invoice Genius, the system should clearly identify if a property has been marked as Lost Management or Not for Relet where this has already been set up in the property profile.

    At present, Accounts have no visibility of this information in Invoice Genius. If these statuses are recorded against the profile, they should flow through and be visible during invoice processing. This is basic operational information that the Accounts team needs in order to do their job accurately and efficiently.

    To be frank, there is nothing “genius” about Invoice Genius in its current state. Issues…

  16. When processing creditor payments, open to filter to only see your Agent Portfolio invoices and not the entire company.

    As PM's here at EARE, we process our own creditor payments and would be great to not have to unallocate everyone else to proceed.

  18. Bpay creditors do not receive statement / remittance advise after payment. It will be good if we have the option of generating statement / advise to confirm the payment status. Real life example, we need to order a security key from Strata urgently, payment sent through bpay but Strata asked for a remittance advise which we are unable to provide.

  19. We have creditors that invoice which can be for two work orders. Need to be able to close off multiple work orders when entering invoice.
