  1. From time to time we need to send an email to owners who have compliance managed through a particular contractor. I.e. smoke alarm compliance contractors.

    They may have advised there is a price increase and we need to be able to easily pull a list of those owners and email them about the change.

  2. To have the ability to log out a key to a creditor via the maintenance request screen. This would link the signed-out key to the creditor and have it linked to the maintenance order.

  3. Need to be able to make it clear that the creditor will not attend or doesn't do job. Maybe be able to cancel this job and make note on top very clear to see and read when going into the maintenance area

  4. Repairs should not be capped at 2000. We should be able to visually see all repairs on the dashboard!

  5. Date of funds received currently defaulted to the system date for receipts generated under allocation from Unknown Funds . The field should be left open for input for the actual date that the funds was received.

  7. We manage boarding houses/student accomodation and often tenants change rooms when they extending etc. Would love to see a feature to allow room changes for existing tenants.

  8. When landlords are required to make an owner contributions towards invoices, could the $3.30 admin fee be included in the property fees total so that it's not forgotten?

  9. Set up an automatic release of extra funds once the held amount has been achieved, rather than having to manually check to see if held amount has been reached & then removing the hold.

  11. Currently when a tenant overpays/part payment, we manually have to remove money and owners from pay run and disbursements, which is time consuming

    It would be great if there was an option that if an owner is paid 10th of each month, it only shows amount to disperse on 10th (not any additional funds, if overpaid)

  14. On screen transaction receipting is missing several columns available within the csv report including the transaction date (some banking platforms downloads have different dates for living weekend transactions) and the reason for the rejection.

It would be great if you could set up an alert that pops up as a notification for an allocated user when a specific tenant pays their rent (it would be better if you could chose on an individual basis which user receives the notification). It would only be on properties that you manually choose the notification to appear (not every tenant/property).

    We have quite a few tenants that have outstanding items that can only be completed when they pay their rent, so currently we have to open every tenant card manually every day to check after the bank rec…

  16. You actually need to be able to cancel individual EFT payments to a creditor. Example. I have just processed creditor payments. One creditor had 5 individual invoices from 5 different owners. I have noticed an error on one of the payments But because property tree groups them all into one payment to the creditor I can't cancel just the one with the error . I need cancell all 5 and totaly stuff up the other 4 owner statements. How do you explain to an owner that your statement looks weird because there was an error on joe blogs statement so…

  17. When using a third-party tenant download which is receipted as with the payment method Payment Provider, there is no option when using the tenant download on screen receipting to change the payment method. These transactions have to be ignored and manually receipted.

  18. The auto prompt to delete the owner letting fee (which is raised when you create that tenancy) with respect to a withdrawn tenancy, should come up whether you are deleting OR archiving the tenant profile

  19. To be able to do merge letters in google docs as currently only set up for Microsoft. Not sure about others though we are moving completely over to goggle so will not have access to any Microsoft
