  1. Include the date in the Maintenance requests tab on the profile, so that one doesn't have to physically open the maintenance job.

  2. Being able to flag emails in communications that you may need to come back to but don't want to forget.

    Emails automatically completing themselves after a certain time frame e.g. 3 months.

  3. We would like to see credit card added as a payment/refund method. In context, we have holiday rentals and sometimes are required to refund to a holiday guest during their stay or refund $$ if they cancel or leave early. Our bank has advised that best practice in this instance is to refund to the method of payment received.

  4. When doing the Income & Expenditure statements, there is currently no option to exclude Archived owners. It should be a tick box option.

    In the instance of managements lost to other agents, fees are not able to be recouped once it's sent.

  5. I need to generate reports from information that is stored under notes. However, the property address is not included in this information, which still creates a lot of additional work. Please can a column be added to at least include the property address.

  6. We would like to have the option to make inactive account codes that are no longer required (that may have had transactions against them before hand). This way they cant accidentally be used again as we have had our accounts changed.

  7. Please put a page break between each property owned by the Landlord to segregate each one. It does this for monthly statements

To have the ability to permanently change the system font and size when sending any email via communications as well as having the option to close of any email with a prepopulated closing line to show professionalism like Kind Regards rather then having to manually type this for every email sent. Also with the threat of cyber fraud it would be most helpful to allow us the option to put in our own agency's disclaimers at the end of each email which is also prepopulated and legible.

  10. Recommend having a Termination Reason column under 'Vacating Tenants' or 'Vacated Tenants' to review information in one location. This will assist in knowing if the property is being relet / handed over etc

  11. When reconciling multiple bonds, bond top-ups & pet bonds, it would be helpful if the property tree authority transaction also included the property address, which is entered by the property manager when processing payment to the bond authority.

  13. The fixed position of help line drop box often covers the issue that i`m having.
    just being able to move the drop box around the screen will enable me to see and activate any corrections that are suggested.

  14. We need to send notices from strata every day to multiple properties under the one units plan.
    It would make it a lot easier to send a bulk email under the units plan/creditor rather than going into each individual property to send it.

  15. I have just started using the Print/Send Statement for some of our larger companies to invoice for private rentals. Can we change the title on the statement to Tenancy Statement/Invoice, and can we make them recurring?

  16. When purchasing a rent roll and importing an excisting tenancy we need at least the last rent increase to come across in the rent schedule but the entire rent schedule would be more accurate and helpful

  17. When tenants pay rent via a rent schedule a report is necessary to keep track of the rent increases for each month.

    Rent schedule tenants need to be coming up on direct debit batch so we can be prompted to change amounts when due

  18. Have the end of month reports created in Property Tree only emailed to the admin email address (much like the weekly agency summary). The report is confidential and we only want admin staff to access it.

  20. when looking at say Tenancy leases search you have the ability to say click on 'rent' and the little arrow changes to up or down. However the order it puts it in makes no sense. It would be great if I could see lowest rent to highest rent or vice versa.
