Rent review dates automatically updates when entering a new amount in rent schedule
Automatically update rent review dates in software when you enter a new amount in the rent schedule. Updated dates should be 10 weeks prior to increase commencement date in the following year.

This is important to save our time. Especially, the new law in NSW changed rent increase limit to once in a 12 months. After the new rent is entered, the system should automatically update the next rent review date.

Can we please look into automatically updating rent reviews once we enter into the scheduled rent reviews. Too many steps at the moment and feel it can be simplified to help with workflow.

Once a rent increase has been actioned, the "next rent review" colum automatically changes the date to reflect the next year

WHEN YOU ENTER A RENTAL INCREASE YOU SHOULD HAVE AN AUTOMATIC OPTION FOR THE RENEWAL DATE TO BE ENTERED OR IT HAPPENS AUTOMATICALLY
