  1. Ability to add an Ad Hoc task to a Workflow - as we all know unexpected things crop up all the time, being able to add a one off task to a work flow would be very helpful

    I have a work around in the meantime - add a task called' Ad Hoc' to the Workflow when setting it up, then everything in it can be edited if it is required.

  3. It would be great if we could select to have automated reminders off on weekends and public holidays. Currently we have to manually turn off on a Friday and back on Monday. To have an option to have them automatically switch off for these times would be fantastic and stop a lot of abuse and grumpy people emailing to say a payment has been made and we don't receipt over weekends. Despite having an automated email advising everyone, they don't seem to read these.

  4. As you are able to bulk edit and close routine inspections in Inspection Summary, also have the option to do this for Ingoing inspections (for apartment/co-living accommodation configurations).

  5. When processing an invoice in Invoice Genius, the system should clearly identify if a property has been marked as Lost Management or Not for Relet where this has already been set up in the property profile.

    At present, Accounts have no visibility of this information in Invoice Genius. If these statuses are recorded against the profile, they should flow through and be visible during invoice processing. This is basic operational information that the Accounts team needs in order to do their job accurately and efficiently.

    To be frank, there is nothing “genius” about Invoice Genius in its current state. Issues…

  9. Every mid-month and end-month I encounter a very frustrating issue involving BPay batch payments. Most strata invoices and some other creditors have very long BPay reference numbers. DEFT Payment Systems, for example, have 16 digit reference numbers.

    The issue is this: When PT generates the BPay batch file for uploading, PT compresses the long reference numbers when generating the Excel spreadsheet which is then imported to our bank trust account. A long reference number gets converted to 85730570+16, for example. The bank trust account rejects these compressed reference numbers due to an invalid character (the '+' symbol).

  10. It is very frustrating that the SEARCH in communication is VERY basic. We can't search via SENDER, or have too many words, or little words. The filter option is also very basic. Keyword is only what's on the Subject Line. It's very frustrating trying to search for old email and we potentially don't quite remember the title of the email, or the title of the email was something generic like Ownership Statement. If it can search Subject line, Sender line, email content, or combination of different areas.

  13. We sign up General Sale Authorities in our office which have no expiry period. It would be great if we could have an option in "Listing Type" to select General Sale Authority and the authority period displays N/A. We currently make an important note to display it's a General Authority. It would be helpful if B+D could reflect this in the listing screen under listing type. Thank you

  15. When entering a vacate date in the system, pre-populate the vacate information into merge emails to the owner and landlord.

    Vacate email should contain information such as confirmation of vacate date, rent owing, preferred cleaners/gardeners etc.

    Other platforms have this functionality, and it should prompt the user in a pop-up when entering the vacate date on if they would like to send the vacate information email to the tenants and owners.

  18. We need to be able to see the due dates of tenant invoices when receipting rent. For example, when we receipt money to a tenancy and we have more then one tenant fee, we cant see a due date so we dont know which one to pay first. There is no invoice number either so we cant check in the tenant profile before receipting.

  20. PT → Eagle sync operates on an all-or-nothing basis for eligible rentals
    No filtering or opt-in controls available.

    It would be nice if we could select which listings we want to send via the integration would work in conjunction with the two-way sync UV
