  1. The automated invoice arrears correspondence only allows to merge fill the outstanding amount of that specific invoice. Can we please have the option to insert the total outstanding amount in these correspondences?

  2. In Property Tree, every data entry is automatically saved.
    But in MRI Inspect everything must be individually saved, before switching to the next tab or page etc.

    Can you please adjust MRI Inspect to be consistent with the automated saving behaviour of Property Tree?

  3. It would be great if we could attach the bond receipt to the bond section of the tenancy card. Currently we have to manually complete the reference number and then save the receipt in documents. Much easier in the one place.

  4. It’s currently not possible to sync a report from MRI Inspect to PT on the same day.

    However, it’s common practice to conduct an inspection and complete the report on the same day.

    Please enhance the feature providing users the ability to complete their jobs as efficiently as possible.

  5. While a user is setting up a specific time frame in PT (e.g. 10am – 4pm), MRI Inspect automatically sets up either ‘Morning’ or ‘Afternoon’.

    Also, the report generated in MRI Inspect does not display the same time as setup in PT, nor does it display what’s auto setup in MRI Inspect.

    Can you please make the TIME format in MRI Inspect the same as in PT (= specific time frame) and also allow a user to edit the date & time in MRI Inspect before creating the report.

  6. It is very confusing to seeing other invoices on a new invoice. Most of the commercial tenants complaint about the messy look on the invoice as it looks like statement more than invoice. Their bookkeeper and accountant also get confused with this layout.

  7. At this present time, no matter who creates the work orders, all work orders created under the portfolio, are listed under the property manager..... so all responses go directly to the pm.

    Why cant the work orders come from who is creating them, that way THEY get the responses back to their email and it is noted who has done them

  8. We need the ability to search a tenant invoice number for a tenant fee. We can only search the tenant fee status or name. Tenant invoices for tenant fees don't appear within the find tenancy invoice search option.

  11. Need a total of approved occupants displayed in the tenancy card so its easy when you're doing routines or lease renewals to know who should be at the property

  14. We would love to see a pop up come up when entering Tenant vacate information for specific information that needs to be done for that property - e.g. we have one property and if it's going to be empty for more that a week the gas pilot needs to be turned off by the body corp maintenance guy otherwise the owner gets hit with a large bill when it's vacant. The pinned notes are not obvious enough unless you consciously click on them to see what they are.

  15. When you have a property and owner that have not had any transactions it would be helpful to archive them instead of having to delete them. Ie Sometimes we will sign up a new management and for whatever reason it doesn't go ahead in the end. We then can't account for that as a lost property in proper reporting and retain the data in PT, there is only the option to delete the profile.

  16. when we do the tenant Download, the system generates receipt and email to the tenant, the file name start with ""Receipt6462"" would be possible change the digits to the front of the file name like ""6465Receipt""

  17. An issue with entering Marketing & Sundries fees is there is no capability of entering further information pertaining to the individual charge .... ie, date expense incurred. This would be useful if you for example have multiple newpaper adverts over a period of so many months. The Sellers want to know exactly when these charges occured, not when the charge was disbursed in Property Tree.

  19. It would be great to have a check box under the inspections summary that indicates that a Tenant has/has not consented to photos being taken at routine inspections (and even better if it integrated with inspection manager)

  20. Please add the creditors business name on the quote request email. Sometimes we CC'ed ourselves on the quote to outlook email. Its impossible to search or find the particular quote sent especially if we sent a few quotes for the same property, unless we check PT.
