  1. If a work order fails to send PMs need an alert. We've a tradesman where all communications have failed for 3weeks & we were not aware.

  2. When generating new REI forms through the tenant card, most documents have to be renamed before they can be sent out due to invalid characters, this should be part of the integration and is just one extra step that we shouldn't have to do. I've also noticed that when generating MA's through REI forms it doesn't pick up all owners names & they have to be added manually.

When selecting 'Mail merge multiple' or 'email all' from the owner's screen, emergency contacts, accountants and other are all automatically included in the correspondence and it's a manual step to remove which can very easily be forgotten or missed. Can it be an option to add these contacts in instead of being automatic as a lot of information sent to Owners is sensitive?

With regards to the new legislation taking effect from 01/05/2025, to ensure compliance is met, tenant's personal information (name, contact details, ID, inspection reports) are to be destroyed before 7 years. Given PT currently only archives tenants, will the option be made available to delete/destroy tenant information before 7 years & is there be an easy way for saved documents containing personal information to be easily destroyed/deleted before 7 years to ensure compliancy is met.

  8. We want to create an email mailmerge for a commercial tenant to show their arrears for rent, budgeted outgoings and any other invoice. We also want to highlight the overall total of their arrears figure. However there is no template field that gives the overall arrears figure.

  9. I would like to be able to add the actual inspector of the property as a merge field on the auto communications. Currently our communications come from the Senior PM, but the PM (another person) is completing the inspection. If times need to be changed the correspondence should be able to be navigated to the inspector of the premises rather than the Senior PM.

  11. Hi, I would like to suggest having an SMS function when creating a tenant invoice. Something to suggest to check emails for the new invoice created. So they don't get lost in inboxes.

  12. When a new tenancy is loaded and the let fee is triggered, could it be possible to create a trigger option for when the first rent is receipted by the new tenants? Owners have been a little upset sometimes that the let fee is charged prior to them receiving their rental payment...I know we can choose to manually do the let fee, however we would love a trigger option for this if possible.

  13. We have a few owners that are requesting the subject line to be changed for Ownerships statements. These owners have multiple properties and find it frustrating to have to search each email to find the statement they are looking for. Could we please look at adding the property address into the subject line, so that owners can see at a glance what property the statement pertains to?

  14. A report that could be generated to show ownership anniversary dates (management gained date) that is not through lost & gained managements. Or a filter on lost & gained management report that filters out archived properties.

  15. As part of the new legislation we need to be able to retrieve strata By Laws to provide this to the tenant. We should be able to save the document against the strata details under the property.

  16. Under "Managements" -"Find Profile" a "Type" of profile to select should be Commercial. Currently we can only choose "Properties" which filters ALL properties. "Type" of profiles to search to be added could read Residential or Commercial. Adding Tags to properties not ideal.

  17. It would be great if the leasing agent is able to see the dashboard of the whole portfolio. Our leasing agent needs to see vacate lists etc and this would minimise a lot of time. The only way for us to currently do that is having a business role as a property manager however this then puts the leasing agent against all the properties in bricks and agent which caused a lot of issues

  19. We have a lot of Villas and Units and these are not options under property types. It would be good if we can add our own into these lists as currently no option to do so
