  1. Add "Tenant" as a managed by option on the compliance tab for the odd issues that the tenants are responsible for - pools etc.

  3. It would be great if a workflow could be started automatically based on a task such as Add a new tenant and convert prospect. Would be great to customise these to suit our business needs.

  5. When sending an email (new or reply) it has a really large gap when you hit enter to make another paragraph and it defaults to System Font, it would be great to be able to select your own font.

  6. The tenancy ledger difficult to follow when reviewing receipts, invoices and payment allocations.
    Suggested improvements:
    - Clearly link receipts to the invoices they have paid.
    - Display invoice numbers and receipt numbers on separate lines to make transactions easier to identify and reference.
    - Add a status against invoices (Paid, Partially Paid, & Outstanding).
    - Display an "In Hand" or "Available Funds" amounts showing money currently held and available for allocation.

  7. When generating a Sales Ledger and Sales Marketing and Sundries Report when processing EOM, the report is excessively long as it includes sales from previous years regardless of the accounting period (e.g. the month to be closed) being selected. These reports should only include sales included in the month that has been selected.

  8. A report showing all user permissions assigned to each business role, including both PT default and customised roles, would be highly valuable. This would facilitate permission audits and improve oversight of access controls, especially where multiple custom security roles exist.

  10. It would significantly improve efficiency if the Property Manager was visible in the inbox view next to the Name and Address for email and SMS communications.

    This would allow users to quickly determine whether a message should remain assigned to the company or be reallocated to the correct Property Manager—without needing to open each property to check.

    For teams managing a high volume of communications, this small change would remove unnecessary steps and save considerable time across the day.
    This enhancement would streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve response times.

  11. The ability to simplify workflows and to reduce the amount of tasks within a workflow. One task that has more functionality ie. more shortcuts to actions in property tree and ability to have more than one hyperlink

  12. The team are getting overwhelmed with the amount of tasks within a workflow. It is time consuming and difficult to schedule them due to the way the workflows are set up with a start date. Would be great to have a due date to work towards that triggers the tasks within the workflow based on the completion date. For example a lost management workflow - could be 30, 60 or 90 days.

  13. Include a more standout noting system when receipting tenants rent to ensure rent/advanced water is receipted correctly if paid in a whole payment. Too often is advanced water being receipted to part payment and tenants want it cancelled and re-allocated.

  14. When creating a receipt in tenant download, can the Property Manager also please be shown as if there's an issue then they can be easily referenced.

    The ability to change timing and communications information based on inspection type. Eg: Routine or Ingoing

    The information provided to an exiting tenant is different to an ongoing tenancy.

  20. In the owner contact and under Statement Information, the statements and Expenditure Reports are currently combined. This should be separated with a choice of either of both as not all owners request an Expenditure Report as they don't want to be charged, at the moment it cannot be turned off as if it is then they don't receive owner statements
