  1. Clients have statements issued via email when payment made but when paying agency not statement is sent
    We are required to locate and print/download/email manually. This should be simple if it can be done for clients it should be also available to the agency

  2. It would be helpful if the creditor invoices attached to the owner statements could have a PAID watermark added. This would avoid owners then thinking the invoices need to be paid by them directly and making duplicate payments to creditors.

  4. Having the ability to enter and save more then one email address for a landlord like their personal email and work email as most landlords communicate using both nowadays so it would be great if we could save multiple emails to respective landlord profiles in their contact information that along with mobile and work numbers.

  6. We would like to be able to differentiate between two separate PT accounts, so when switching between accounts they look visibly different. This may be in the form of a different background colour (this was an option in REST).

  9. Issue 1 - (Compliance – Current) - This does not accurately reflect if a property is compliant or not.

    Non-Compliant properties that have current compliance dates (This marks Compliance as Current in PT), however the actual reports are Non-Compliant due to Electrical/Gas/Smoke Alarm issues to be rectified.

    • For the property to show as Non-Compliant in PT – I must add in the Notes section: NON-COMPLIANT to help identify the Non-Compliant properties.

    • Could a Non-Compliant Tick Box be added to the Compliance Register and the Property Section to assist with clearly identifying the Non-Compliant Properties or Category even when…

  11. My idea is to change the rent arrears day from the day the rent is due to the next day as the Residential Tenancies Act NSW 2010, states that the rent is due on or before the day it is due. So, if the tenant pays their rent on the day it is due, they are not one day in arrears and they shouldn't be showing as they are in arrears.

  12. Hey Team!
    It would be handy to customise lease expiries/ lease renewals communications on specific tenancies, such as a "task" orientated set up specific for lease expires/ lease renewals on individual properties.
    Basically what I want to do, would be to customise an email to an owner recommending an increase amount and renewal for 12 months, however rather then creating our own email and sending it every month in advance to every owner, it would automatically be sent on a specific date that we set.

  13. I would love to be able to add another PM's number to the system so that individual PM's can be contacted about the work orders they are responsible for - it's my understanding that we can only have one number in the system which seems strange???

  14. Need to be able to amend/remove the notation at the top of a Commercial Invoice that indicates that it is an 'amended' tax invoice. We have a number of commercial tenancies that are receiving a 'credit' and as soon as this is applied, it creates a new invoice (which is great) but then adds this note to the top left of the invoice - which will only create mass confusion with our commercial tenancies.

  15. When converting a prospect to a tenant you enter all the lease information however the bond field doesn't come up at that stage. Once the tenant is created you have to go to bond section and enter it then. Many times it is overlooked, so would be best to do it at the conversion stage.

  17. Currently, when you're adding a phone number to a contact (tenant or owner) you can assign it a label of (Fax, Mobile, Home, Work). Some of our contacts have multiple numbers that need to be distinguished with more than that.

    It would be nice to have this as a custom field - for example "Emergency" or "After-hours".
