  1. it would be really helpful to have a key register where we could assign key in/out and assign trades/ownerships/tenants etc. and also the individual with the keys (i.e. jack) and contact information for the individual responsible for the key. Also to be able to print a report of the keys each day to see which keys are still out with trades. an important part of this would be to have the ability to have the keys "not to be returned" or similar if an owner is taking possession or management ending etc.

  2. We would love to see merge fields for the compliance dates so that they can be easily inserted into lease agreements and disclosure statements - in particular, the last serviced date

  3. Issue 1 - (Compliance – Current) - This does not accurately reflect if a property is compliant or not.

    Non-Compliant properties that have current compliance dates (This marks Compliance as Current in PT), however the actual reports are Non-Compliant due to Electrical/Gas/Smoke Alarm issues to be rectified.

    • For the property to show as Non-Compliant in PT – I must add in the Notes section: NON-COMPLIANT to help identify the Non-Compliant properties.

    • Could a Non-Compliant Tick Box be added to the Compliance Register and the Property Section to assist with clearly identifying the Non-Compliant Properties or Category even when…

  4. Ability to add the status of the owner's compliance on their ownership statement, so they are aware if their landlord insurance, smoke alarms compliance is up to date for each property.

  5. It would be nice if the compliance reminder and its details could be emailed to the relevant PM, turning red is fine but if we don't go into the property card, we don't see it?

  7. Insurance entered for a property should not go over with the property during change of ownership as this would have been for when the previous owner managed it not the new ownership.

  10. Used the same as owners managements, smoke alarms and owners insurances this will give us a place to easily record and follow up outdated contractors. Having the ability to also send out reminders and requests for updates would be the biggest time saver.

    Hi Supporters! we've been digging deeper on this topic and after a bit more feedback if you have any -


    1. We can introduce a compliance tab to the Creditor and you'd be able to track any items you wish (you could configure your own categories as you do with properties). Would you prefer to see a separate Creditor Compliance Register for reporting, or keep this information in the current Compliance Register with the ability to filter between Property Compliance and Creditor Compliance?


    2. When a Creditor Compliance item has expired, what behaviour would you like to see? I warning when you enter a creditor against a maintenance job? and/or when a maintenance email is sent? 


    Any other notifications or areas that should be considered when we look to implement creditor compliance?

  11. to have a search engine where you can search for expired compliance for properties on their own in case any have been missed when entering, and those that have no details for compliance at all.

  12. From the Compliance register Search results
    Have an additional action to Create Bulk work orders, that include all relevant information from the notes
    So i can send multiple work orders for one trade in one easy action
    Possibly even a tick box on each property in the report to exclude properties

  13. The old smoke alarm display had better information at a glance. It showed the date the smoke alarm was last serviced and the type of smoke alarm.
    Could that please be included in the Register so it can be seen at a glance and not having to go via the pencil.

  14. Having the option to clone compliance data for blocks.
    If you manage an entire building and get the AFSS done - there should be an option to clone the data to the rest of the building rather than having to do it individually.

  15. When trying to work out properties where no compliance option has been selected, Property Tree does not have a report to aid with this. Could an option be added to the existing Compliance Register to allow for this. Ie. in the Managed By dropdown add an option for 'no compliance option selected.' Then clients could filter by this option.

  16. When adding documents to Compliance tab under the new 'Register' feature the system has a very high level of requirements for file names. Only letters or numbers are accepted. Your not allowed any other characters such as commas, dash or any type of other punctuation. Surely this can be less strict considering most file names have full addresses and other items in file names.

  17. Love the compliance register
    Love that you can now search properties with no compliance
    Hate that when you created the compliance register you migrated the existing smoke alarm compliance over calling it migrated smoke alarm and now we have two categories for the same thing and as a result no clear way of searching for properties with no smoke alarm compliance. Can you create a bulk update for compliance categories so we can transfer them one way or the other rather than having to individually update each property?

  18. Efficient organisation is paramount for compliance and also the day to day handling of property data.

    Current reporting of properties put unit number in front of the property number and street name. A better sorting outcome is achieved when the unit number is put after the street number and name. This ensures that no properties have been missed for any owner who has multiple properties or other reasons.

  19. Within the Water Usage section have notes appearing or a tick box to include -
    - properties where only fixed charges are charged
    - properties where owner does not wish to charge water
    - properties that are not separately metered
    - Owner supplies water notice
