A section where you can choose no information in drop down so properties which are missing any information can be found.

It would be helpful to generate a report listing owners who haven't got any landlord insurance details in the compliance tab. This way, we can keep all information current and easily create mail merges to recommend that owners obtain landlord insurance to protect their assets.

It would be good to have an option on the compliance register to search for properties with no compliance set up/entered so that we can carry out regular audits and checks on the properties. It is easy to search if a compliance has already been put in, but for some properties (for example new managements) where this may not have been entered yet or forgotten etc, it would be good to be able to pick this up easily in the same audit on the compliance register.

Hi Emma, I have found a work around for this issue! in the free version of Business Insights there is now the ability to display compliance register items, you can run reports to show all properties, then export to Excel, then run ones with the compliance item, then compare and delete double ups which then leaves you with the properties that do not have the compliance item! its not ideal but its a great work around!

Would like the ability to search properties with no compliance (smoke alarm) entered so we can ensure that our properties are compliant and regularly checked
