  1. Addition of an option to have documents such as lease agreements & routine inspection reports completed in Inspection Express to not only auto-feed back into PropertyTree but for such documents to be auto-ticked to be 'visible on portal'.

  2. Would be great to be able to attach a document EG an email, report or picture about an incident/arrears etc to a note created in the PT system that may be an on-going issue/have an ongoing story where chronological information contained in the 1 place is important

  3. Include a tick box for invoices entered to be visible to owner automatically without having to go in an manually tick this particularly as owners often want to view these at end of financial year.

  4. Particularly for apartments in the CBD where the car park numbers often differ from the unit numbers(e.g. #217, on level B3 ). We add the information in the note for our reference. If the information could be found out at one glance in the property tab, that would be helpful for PM, and it won't be easily missed. Thank you.

  5. Could you please add a search box to the "Documents" section under Ownership, Property, and Tenancy profiles? It would really help in quickly locating specific files.

  8. Have an ability to attach copies of documents from within the document library when sending emails to property owners - rather than having to download the document, then attach it via searching. A one step attachment would be better from within the program.

  9. Can Creditor information please be added to the mail merge fields? We need to contact Creditors, and currently I can only have their name OR their Company name. We obviously need both and I can only personalise it by name or Company - so I have to choose whether to acknowledge them or put their business on any correspondence. This means I have to do these emails separately and modify each one.

    This would also be very helpful to create templates to follow up work orders, etc.

  10. An owner has requested that his statement has the EFT details of payment removed for fraud purposes.

    Currently the account number is partially blanked out where you can only see the last digits.

    We would like the option of a statement where this is removed completely for those owners who have security concerns.

  11. When in documents tab it would be of great use to have an archive folder so that old or expired documents can still be accessed however current documents would be quicker and easier to find.

  12. Currently you can add categories to the 'List Editor' section in PT but you cannot disable categories you may not use causing the list to be extremely long when sorting and allocating documents you are saving etc.

    It would be good to be able to untick categories we may not want to utilise.

  14. Is it possible to filter auto arrears notices by $'s ie: if a tenant say short pays by $0.30, after 7 & 14 days they will receive an auto arrears notice to pay. We would like an option to filter notices over a certain amount?

  15. It is annoying that when you edit a tenancy invoice for whatever reason that the system cancels the original and creates a new invoice. You should just be able to edit it and I don't understand why you can't.

  16. There as Strata Plans that are attached to a Community Scheme but there is no way to link the two in PT so if we have a pool certificate for a community and various stratas under the community there should be a way to link all the properties under the one community, not just for compliance reasons

  17. Currently water invoices are only printable by manually printing each one - being able to print all invoices entered in a day for postage would make this job much quicker.

  20. It would be great if we could attach the bond receipt to the bond section of the tenancy card. Currently we have to manually complete the reference number and then save the receipt in documents. Much easier in the one place.
