  1. Option to have the property managers name in all reports, so that when they are exported or printed this is known. As it is only a filter, it's not apparent unless still on that screen in PropertyTree as to who the agent is

  2. When on a laptop or small screen - can't access or click on the icon for configuration. No scroll function to bring it onto screen.

  3. With the addition of the new Tasks feature, it would be great once a Task has been Done to also have the ability to Archive. I have noticed that although the task has been changed to Done, it still appears on the Task Tab against the Property, Tenant etc, and it gets confusing when you are working through tasks specific to that property, as the Tasks list looks long, when in fact it isn't.

  5. Currently the rental & fees arrears on the PT dashboard are shown as a total % of 100%. It would be great if this could be shown as a % of the total arrears percentage.

  6. You can only send an automated reminder for invoices once it's in arrears, suggest having a days' before option so 7 days before it's due, tenant gets an email reminder.

  7. Current process (below) is quite manual. Hoping for a build that you can part pay on invoice payment screen, this would minimize a lot of workflow process time, in turn business time/hours. Even a way to part pay accounts such as being able to click pay invoice and whatever is available will go towards the invoice.

    1. Find the invoice in the property file.
    2. Edit the invoice with how much is available to pay.
    3. Pay the invoice.
    4. Then re enter the invoice for the remaining amount.

  8. Ability to Accumulate Held funds on a monthly basis instead of manually having to do this against the owner. MRI Palace has this function

  10. Have a section to search only open work orders and quotes.
    When currently putting in dates, it caps off at 2000 because it shows all completed jobs.
    Maintenance Request Summary does show all jobs, but not the creditor.

  11. Currently when selecting profiles for bulk tags, you require to enter the profile ID number in the setup step. If you leave the field blank in this step, this will show all profiles relevant to previous filtering in the complete bulk update step. There is no way to remove the profiles from the complete bulk update screen. It would be great if there was a red x next to a profile where you can opt to remove it from the list. This would make bulk tagging so much easier without having to export a report to work out what reference…

  13. When adding documents to emails and documents tab under the the system has a very high level of requirements for file names. Only letters or numbers are accepted. Your not allowed any other characters such as commas, dash or any type of other punctuation. Surely this can be less strict considering most file names have full addresses and other items in file names.

  17. At the moment the portal communications are only accessible via the envelope tab. It would be very helpful to have the comms saved in several locations in Property Tree, i.e. under the tenant/ owner tab

  18. Can we please have a field to add the property managers/user email to a quote request? Without it, a creditor only has the propertytree@propertytree email address and doesn't know who to send the quote to within the agency.

  19. Adding a compliancy tile to the agency dashboard so you can see an overview of what properties are coming up due to be completed/what are overdue (like you do with rent renewals/lease renewals)

  20. When adding new property, please have a tab to select business role/property manager rather than having to select it after you have saved the property and tenancy. As this then makes it go to unassigned automatically and creates a lot of difficulty.
