  1. Implement a calender into property tree that will pull across all rent increases, inspections, vacating tenants etc, that way you can pull up your calender for the day, EXAMPLE: if you've selected 'notify rent increases 14 days prior' it will be there ready to go for you 14 days before it is due.

  3. Can we please have a field to add the property managers/user email to a quote request? Without it, a creditor only has the propertytree@propertytree email address and doesn't know who to send the quote to within the agency.

  4. When creditor statements are sent out, the user who processed the payment is listed in the signature on the body of the email. Currently, there is no way to change the name, or remove it. It would be great to be able to edit this.

  5. When entering a tenant invoice, send this invoice individually without the statement of other outstanding invoices at the end. This allows for that invoice to be resent as required and makes it clear for the tenant.

    Then have the statement of outstanding invoices separate, so a statement can be sent at any time.

Rather than entering a tenant as a creditor to refund/reimburse/compensate them, it would be good to have an area in their existing profile to just enter EFT details and then an "action" under the 3 dots on their profile to disburse them funds from the owner. The current process does not reflect on the tenants ledger that the reimbursement took place at all, and by adding new creditors, we then have to go in and archive them all...

  12. Would be great to have the Ownership last Statement date available when paying Owners.

    This would enable us to ensure an Owner will get a Statement each month, regardless of whether funds are available (such as when invoices have consumed the funds for the month).

  13. Ability to enter budgeted amounts in addition to recording actual amounts so a Variation Report can be created monthly. This allows the system to be functional in providing timely and correct information.

  14. We would love the following mail merge fields to be added to expedite & remove human error when producing Sales Advices & letters to solicitors.

    "Amount held in trust" - especially as some buyers over pay the expected agreed upon deposits

    "Listing Salesperson" & "Selling Salesperson"

    "Conveyancer Work Number", "Conveyancer Email Address" & "Conveyancer Salutation"

  15. Would love to see an option to prevent part payment of agency fees & instead hold funds until sufficient to pay the fee in full.
    Would stop owners questioning multiple payments toward letting fees etc.

  16. Owners that receive correspondence by post don't have their EOFY statements saved against the owner profile anywhere for easy reproduction/ viewing. It would be great if they auto save in communications or documents when being created at end of year.

  19. Adding routine inspections of a particular date to the map journey planner in property tree to plan your inspections. Or be able to see all your routine inspections in a list and be able to select them and have the map journey planner check the best route to see if I would like to book those inspections for those properties.

  20. Within the Water Usage section have notes appearing or a tick box to include -
    - properties where only fixed charges are charged
    - properties where owner does not wish to charge water
    - properties that are not separately metered
    - Owner supplies water notice
