Have the property managers name as a column in reports
Option to have the property managers name in all reports, so that when they are exported or printed this is known. As it is only a filter, it's not apparent unless still on that screen in PropertyTree as to who the agent is

This column filter would be extremely useful for the admin department following up on all activities with property managers. Prevents spaming the whole team and enables trageted communications with the relevent property manager

That way you don’t have to guess whose property it is or run a report by portfolio to find this information.

This is very important when exporting reports like Tenancy Funds an sending to a large team. It is then extremely easy for each team member to identify themselves rather thatn trying to recall all of the property addresses.

In addition to this, there should be an option to select who the inspecting agent is for the report, so when we export data for routine inspections, we can send relevant lists, schedules and information to the correlating inspectors.
