  2. The ability to restrict users from being able to edit ownership details without prohibiting them from being able to upload documents against owner profiles. The two security measures are currently linked under the one option in the security configuration.

    In addition being able to restrict access from users being able to delete documents without prohibiting them from being able to upload documents.

    Overall an overhaul of the security provisions is required to be able to allow better supervision over changes in Property Tree.

  4. Level of authentication when updating different things in PT, should be configured by agency rather than a one rule for all accounts.
    Currently PM's have to authenticate when adding a new Owner to PT, some agencies do not want this & would like to have option to switch it on, or off

  7. If there is an option to put all bills processed into a 'pending approval' area then anyone ie assistant/receiptionist/accountant etc can enter the bills and the PM can just glance over them to check accuracy and that the work has been okayed by the owner and click approve. It would also mean that invoiced get a second look before being paid which would avoid a lot of mistakes and double ups.

  10. Charge the property fee automatically for budgeted Outgoings invoices that are not scheduled and are GST exclusive. Currently you have to do it manually as the GST is linked to the rental GST. If you raise a budgeted Outgoings invoice and the fees are set up to for budgeted outgoings receipted, then the property fee should be automatic charged when raising an invoice.

  13. The ability to change the format of Tenancy Invoices would be handy, especially for Tenants that are visually impaired. For example, increase font size or add in colours to highlight important information on the Tenancy Invoices. Also, have the option to add additional payment options not just Trust Account Information.

  14. In QLD we now need to send a Notice to Leave with every lease renewal in order to prevent the tenancy from rolling over onto periodic. If there was a field in the mail merge print templates that had the Lease End Date - Weekday, which filled out a field with the day of the week that the lease is due to end, this would be so helpful. It would mean that QLD users could automatically send mail merges with a fully populated Notice to Leave attached. This would save heaps of time as we have to do them all…

  15. When a duplicate invoice is detected it should include the date it was last put into the system and/or paid, as service charges and levies are commonly the same amount, in intervals throughout the year. This stops us having to check it isn't currently in the system for payment.

  16. Default font on Property Tree is too light and hard to read when all office lights are on. Office lights are usually white bright and within one hour it becomes a nighmare trying to read grey font. HELP please

  17. Allow the agency to set the frequency of the next rent review date to allow this to populate automatically based on a new tenancy end date. For example, we set ours to 120 days prior to the tenancy end date. Our team has to manually enter this when setting up a new tenancy, this should be able to be configured based on the agency's preference like inspections.

  19. Would be handy to have an activity log not only just for user activity to monitor work efficiency, but also on a property page to see all maintenance / inspections / communication at a quick glance rather than digging through different tabs.

  20. Can you please add DATE Driven Fees to Property Tree, so a specific date/frequency can be selected instead of an Event.
    • Mainly for Owner and Property Fees (mostly Flat Fees)
    • Examples: Admin/Statement (monthly), Lease Renewal (charging on a specific date when then new lease kicks in, not when the lease date gets updated, which is often weeks/months prior the new lease)
    • Difference it will make: more flexibility (less manual bulk charges, not all events are suitable in PT, can create Mid-Month statement without fee, charge monthly fee in current not next month/period)
