Configuration icon position
When on a laptop or small screen - can't access or click on the icon for configuration. No scroll function to bring it onto screen.

The icons on the side get covered by the chat window. If you freeze the icon sizes they will be usable despite zooming.

yes to both! - regularly have to "ctrl-" to access lower icons - and the chat is in the wrong place
(even on other screens I notice the screen realestate is not well utitlised so you have to constantly scroll - or do the "ctrl-" thing!)
I do have system-display-scale set to 125% - however that is for visual comfort when working at a screen - and needing to be accurate with numbers - all day you dont need to encourage eye strain just because a designer cant make the most of the screen realestate (please)

you need to move your chat icon on the right hand side, its very annoying to use the configuration button.

Totally agree, cannot access Configuration when working on a smaller laptop without having to adjust screen size. Would be great to personalise icons.

The template buttons on the left of the main screen are increasing. However there are no scrollable sidebar. In addition, the PT Live Chat button is also on the left, blocking the access. Each time we need to access the template buttons at the lower end, we have to reduce the screen % and now to see the lowest button it is coming to 50% screen size.
I like to request a scrollable sidebar and make the PT Live Chat button movable or put somewhere else. Thank you.
