  1. Presently the Caller ID on the contacts app displays the Contacts First Name and the Initial of the Surname. It would be more useful if the caller ID could display the Contacts Full Surname .

  3. Currently when a quote request is sent, the quote comes back, you attach it to the request. If it is decided not to go ahead with that quote, you press the "complete Job" button on the quote request, but it does not complete it, it cancels it and automatically sends the cancellation to the contractor. Then I get phone calls from the contractors saying they have already been to the job and quoted. Its very frustrating. We just need to be able to complete it off from the maintenance list without cancelling or emailing the contractors.

  4. Current process (below) is quite manual. Hoping for a build that you can part pay on invoice payment screen, this would minimize a lot of workflow process time, in turn business time/hours. Even a way to part pay accounts such as being able to click pay invoice and whatever is available will go towards the invoice.

    1. Find the invoice in the property file.
    2. Edit the invoice with how much is available to pay.
    3. Pay the invoice.
    4. Then re enter the invoice for the remaining amount.

  5. Being able to have the ability to send all invoices and reminders to the "accounts" contact and not the "tenant" contact. When the contact type "tenant" has unticked to auto send invoices, they do not get the invoices emailed to them. The contact that is ticked "Send auto invoice" gets the invoices but this contact does not get the reminders because their contact type is not "tenant" the "tenant" contact gets the reminder even though they didnt get the invoice.

  8. When receiving multiple attachments in an email received in the Communication Platform, to be able to download all files in one function rather than one at a time. Also if there could be an option of saving the images to the Document Management or into a Maintenance request.

  9. When an owner is put on hold then there should be an option to either withhold everything (including paying creditor invoices) or withhold only payment to the owner but pay the creditors.

  10. When you are doing work order, it would be really handy to be able to see if you have created a work order but not actually sent the work or quote order. At the moment it says it's open but you can't see until you go into each work order if it has been sent to not. we have had a couple of issues lately where they have not been sent and we think they have.

  13. Issue 1 - (Compliance – Current) - This does not accurately reflect if a property is compliant or not.

    Non-Compliant properties that have current compliance dates (This marks Compliance as Current in PT), however the actual reports are Non-Compliant due to Electrical/Gas/Smoke Alarm issues to be rectified.

    • For the property to show as Non-Compliant in PT – I must add in the Notes section: NON-COMPLIANT to help identify the Non-Compliant properties.

    • Could a Non-Compliant Tick Box be added to the Compliance Register and the Property Section to assist with clearly identifying the Non-Compliant Properties or Category even when…

  15. When a duplicate invoice is detected it should include the date it was last put into the system and/or paid, as service charges and levies are commonly the same amount, in intervals throughout the year. This stops us having to check it isn't currently in the system for payment.

  18. Owners details (NAME) are not appearing on work orders via link.
    Tax invoices should be addressed to the owner care of the estate agents address.
    There is no mention of the owners detail at all on the work order link.
    We have it set up so they get the owners details in the original email. However when work orders are going through to the contractors accounts department they are not receiving the owners details. We would like a field included on the work order to include owners details so invoices are received correctly.

  20. To be able to generate a report of all bonds held by both PT and held by the bond authority. We need this to be able to easily cross reference with the Bond Authority report for audit purposes. This needs to be in PDF (for auditors) & excel (for reconciling) with totals at the end of the report. At the moment, we export to excel and add totals but this is not always sufficient for auditors to check the PT report against the bond authority report.
    The monthly report that is in Rest is great and perhaps could be used…
