Automated Invoice Reminders
You can only send an automated reminder for invoices once it's in arrears, suggest having a days' before option so 7 days before it's due, tenant gets an email reminder.

This is a function that is really needed! Tenants forget about their invoices all the time and only remember once the overdue communication is sent out. It would be super helpful!

Hello Angela,
3 days before would be a great option.
I understand that at the moment invoices cannot be separated from a “statement” that may have other invoices. The 3 days before option would at least being the most recent to the top of the page. If we could choose between invoices OR invoices & statements that would also be a great facility.

Have an option to be able to set Automated Communications to remind tenants that their invoice is due soon. Ie, 3 days before, an email is triggered
