  2. Can PT include documents marked as Owner Invoice when not being paid. For example we receive copies of water/council/strata when they are direct debited from the owner, but not included with the owner statements. Then when the owner is doing their tax the accountants want copies of the invoices. We then have to download and save them, then email them.

    The other option is to be able to select the invoices we want to send and be able to email them direct to the owner like we can do from File Smart

  3. Currently when selecting profiles for bulk tags, you require to enter the profile ID number in the setup step. If you leave the field blank in this step, this will show all profiles relevant to previous filtering in the complete bulk update step. There is no way to remove the profiles from the complete bulk update screen. It would be great if there was a red x next to a profile where you can opt to remove it from the list. This would make bulk tagging so much easier without having to export a report to work out what reference…

  4. When completing the Bulk Portfolio Assignment from one Portfolio to another Portfolio, it would be great to be able to edit the list to remove any properties you do not wish to be assigned to the other portfolio. Also, if there was an option at this point to use tags to filter properties, and select between residential and commercial tenancies.

  5. Have the ability to enter more than one smoke alarm type. Some properties have two different smoke alarm eg Hardwired and Battery, at the moment we can only register one. This is relevant for both the Smoke Alarms and Compliance (only one can be entered to each)

  6. Option to have the property managers name in all reports, so that when they are exported or printed this is known. As it is only a filter, it's not apparent unless still on that screen in PropertyTree as to who the agent is

  7. Have an auto communication option so an email can be sent to owner with details of expiring compliance and details of current information held

  9. when sending emails to tenants and Owners, make the cc section available to add other staff member, rather than having to type in their email address every time

  10. Similar to a change of ownership, it would be great if there was a change of tenancy option. This would be used when there are multiple tenants on a lease/in a property and one/some of them were to move out and others moved in. The change of tenancy option would allow for a record to be kept of the original tenants, the change over and all the details associated whilst also not having to delete any names or create entire new profiles and manage rent dates etc.

  12. Is it possible to filter auto arrears notices by $'s ie: if a tenant say short pays by $0.30, after 7 & 14 days they will receive an auto arrears notice to pay. We would like an option to filter notices over a certain amount?

  13. With the addition of the new Tasks feature, it would be great once a Task has been Done to also have the ability to Archive. I have noticed that although the task has been changed to Done, it still appears on the Task Tab against the Property, Tenant etc, and it gets confusing when you are working through tasks specific to that property, as the Tasks list looks long, when in fact it isn't.

Implement a calender into property tree that will pull across all rent increases, inspections, vacating tenants etc, that way you can pull up your calender for the day, EXAMPLE: if you've selected 'notify rent increases 14 days prior' it will be there ready to go for you 14 days before it is due.

  17. When creditor statements are sent out, the user who processed the payment is listed in the signature on the body of the email. Currently, there is no way to change the name, or remove it. It would be great to be able to edit this.

  18. When entering a tenant invoice, send this invoice individually without the statement of other outstanding invoices at the end. This allows for that invoice to be resent as required and makes it clear for the tenant.

    Then have the statement of outstanding invoices separate, so a statement can be sent at any time.
