  2. Can we please have a field to add the property managers/user email to a quote request? Without it, a creditor only has the propertytree@propertytree email address and doesn't know who to send the quote to within the agency.

  3. Adding a compliancy tile to the agency dashboard so you can see an overview of what properties are coming up due to be completed/what are overdue (like you do with rent renewals/lease renewals)

  4. When adding new property, please have a tab to select business role/property manager rather than having to select it after you have saved the property and tenancy. As this then makes it go to unassigned automatically and creates a lot of difficulty.

  5. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to filter not only by date range and accounting period but also by Ownership ID, Property ID and Tenancy ID. This would help in understanding key data changes but to also then aid training should a process not be being followed correctly.

Rather than entering a tenant as a creditor to refund/reimburse/compensate them, it would be good to have an area in their existing profile to just enter EFT details and then an "action" under the 3 dots on their profile to disburse them funds from the owner. The current process does not reflect on the tenants ledger that the reimbursement took place at all, and by adding new creditors, we then have to go in and archive them all...

  10. When reporting on completed jobs have the date available for when the job complete tab was activiated in Property Tree, this will then give a timeline from job being created to being completed. This is important for those that use different system for invoicing the creditors etc.

  11. currently there is the ability to do a Property Journal or an Owner Journal.

    It would be very useful to also have journals for:

    • Tenancy Funds Journals: to allow journaling between tenancy funds where tenant may have different properties or moved from one property to another

    • Sales Journals: to allow journaling from Marketing & Sundries to Sales Deposit and vice versa

  12. Issue 1 - (Compliance – Current) - This does not accurately reflect if a property is compliant or not.

    Non-Compliant properties that have current compliance dates (This marks Compliance as Current in PT), however the actual reports are Non-Compliant due to Electrical/Gas/Smoke Alarm issues to be rectified.

    • For the property to show as Non-Compliant in PT – I must add in the Notes section: NON-COMPLIANT to help identify the Non-Compliant properties.

    • Could a Non-Compliant Tick Box be added to the Compliance Register and the Property Section to assist with clearly identifying the Non-Compliant Properties or Category even when…

  13. It would be great if there was an option to record both the first and the last day for a commercial/retail tenant to exercise their option to renew their Lease. This would allow us to identify tenancies with upcoming option periods and enable us to proactively engage with tenants before the options lapse. I understand there currently is an a option date available under Lease, Rent &Outgoings Tab, however no one can really explain which date to enter (different answers - Lease expiry date, first date to exercise option and last date to exercise option).

  14. Would love to see an option to prevent part payment of agency fees & instead hold funds until sufficient to pay the fee in full.
    Would stop owners questioning multiple payments toward letting fees etc.

  15. You can search bond by type, however the filter is not functional when auditing to identify any missing bonds from your whole portfolio. For example, I have 4 bond types. Bank Guarantee, Owner Held, Term Deposit & Retail Bond Board. The filter does not allow me to search from all bond types if any of the tenancies are missing a recorded bond. I need to go through every tenancy to identify any that have no bond entered.

  18. A quicker way to view tenant arrears and paid to dates of an owner that has multiple tenants. If something could be updated to view this straight from the ownership card. E.g. an owner has phoned and asked where all of their tenants are paid to or who is in arrears, it's not just right there for easy viewing
