  1. Currently when selecting profiles for bulk tags, you require to enter the profile ID number in the setup step. If you leave the field blank in this step, this will show all profiles relevant to previous filtering in the complete bulk update step. There is no way to remove the profiles from the complete bulk update screen. It would be great if there was a red x next to a profile where you can opt to remove it from the list. This would make bulk tagging so much easier without having to export a report to work out what reference…

  2. When completing the Bulk Portfolio Assignment from one Portfolio to another Portfolio, it would be great to be able to edit the list to remove any properties you do not wish to be assigned to the other portfolio. Also, if there was an option at this point to use tags to filter properties, and select between residential and commercial tenancies.

  3. Have the ability to enter more than one smoke alarm type. Some properties have two different smoke alarm eg Hardwired and Battery, at the moment we can only register one. This is relevant for both the Smoke Alarms and Compliance (only one can be entered to each)

  5. Option to have the property managers name in all reports, so that when they are exported or printed this is known. As it is only a filter, it's not apparent unless still on that screen in PropertyTree as to who the agent is

  9. With the addition of the new Tasks feature, it would be great once a Task has been Done to also have the ability to Archive. I have noticed that although the task has been changed to Done, it still appears on the Task Tab against the Property, Tenant etc, and it gets confusing when you are working through tasks specific to that property, as the Tasks list looks long, when in fact it isn't.

  12. When creditor statements are sent out, the user who processed the payment is listed in the signature on the body of the email. Currently, there is no way to change the name, or remove it. It would be great to be able to edit this.

  13. When entering a tenant invoice, send this invoice individually without the statement of other outstanding invoices at the end. This allows for that invoice to be resent as required and makes it clear for the tenant.

    Then have the statement of outstanding invoices separate, so a statement can be sent at any time.

Rather than entering a tenant as a creditor to refund/reimburse/compensate them, it would be good to have an area in their existing profile to just enter EFT details and then an "action" under the 3 dots on their profile to disburse them funds from the owner. The current process does not reflect on the tenants ledger that the reimbursement took place at all, and by adding new creditors, we then have to go in and archive them all...

It would be wonderful if we could nominate a particular Month to withhold funds, for example, owner insurance is due on 30th April each year, along with Council Rates, my owner has requested to hold funds for February & March preceding to enable there to be enough money to cover. If we could enable this on request (sometimes 6 months in advance) it would be easier to remember

  18. We would love the following mail merge fields to be added to expedite & remove human error when producing Sales Advices & letters to solicitors.

    "Amount held in trust" - especially as some buyers over pay the expected agreed upon deposits

    "Listing Salesperson" & "Selling Salesperson"

    "Conveyancer Work Number", "Conveyancer Email Address" & "Conveyancer Salutation"

    "Commission Amount" & "Marketing Amount"

  19. Is it possible to filter auto arrears notices by $'s ie: if a tenant say short pays by $0.30, after 7 & 14 days they will receive an auto arrears notice to pay. We would like an option to filter notices over a certain amount?
