Having the option to email the tenant when the work order is sent to tradesman so they can see where the job is up to.

Also, Highlight when a job has been sent to owner for approval you cant tell anything has been done with it unless you go into everything.

Can you please add a CC or BCC button on work orders to send owners & OR tenants a copy of the work order when sending them - Currently you have to copy and paste the owners email addy - when doing a lot of maintenance requests this becomes time consuming and painfully tedious when you can already send a copy to "user" by checking that box... hopefully a simple fix :)

Having the ability to notify the owner and/or tenant when updates are added to the maintenance job. Some may be owner facing, some only tenant facing but having the option to trigger an email with the details would save so much time
