Totally agree with the comments - we need a 'quote received, awaiting owner approval' - it should be automatically changed to his when you attach the quote. Could also get rid of 'owner attending' we would just cancel the job if that were the case, as the owner is not a creditor. Also 100% need to be able to change the creditor, it's so frustrating having to re-enter the job when someone says they can't do it.

Once a job has been completed by a trade, we should have the option under status to select "completed, awaiting invoice" or if the job is in process change the status to "In process". Easier way to keep track of maintenance.
You should also be able to filter jobs by trade suppliers, so when following up maintenance, you can do it by trade supplier.

When sending an owner request for approval for a work order something needs to be showing on the screen so it looks like something has been done with it rather than just sitting there looking like you have forgotten to send it to someone.
where it says owner attending that should say waiting on acceptance from owner.. we should also be able to change creditors when an actioned creditor cant do a job rather than cancel the entire work order and start again.

We would like the option to have a separate stage from quote request to work order where we are awaiting on owner's approval before a quote becomes a work order. We do not want to be chasing creditors for quote requests when we have already received them and we do not want to complete the quote request as it sends a 'cancelled' email to the creditor.
