Edit work order PDF details
We would like the ability to edit the downloadable PDF work order link that is sent to the trades. Currently we can only edit the email communication sent to the trade and not the work order. We would like to include invoice instructions that come up on the PDF not just the original email as trades tend to print the work order and never look at the original email again.

100% vote for this idea. We've had to remember to manually ask for photos of completed work to new contractors or some we don't often use, because we note this request in the email as automated template, but this information is not included in the pdf. Please make either for the pdf to be editable for each company's configuration, or just ensuring whatever information we note in the email is also in the pdf?

Create an option to edit the PDF work orders within configuaration settings. Currently you can edit the email template for creditors, however there is no option to edit the PDF version that is attached to the email.
Currently we have a discrepency between work order email and work order PDF, PDF does not state billing details and we have had problems with invoices being addressed incorrectly due to this as some contractors go off of the PDF instead of email.

Ability to see 'Invoice / Account' on the PDF link included on a Work Order, it only shows on the email
