For commercial properties - It will be good to have a function in PT to calculate the penalty interest on tenant's overdue rent/outgoings.

I made an enquiry with Property Tree this morning about having an interest charge set up in the system for Commercial arrears and was advised to submit my vote through here. If this could please be looked into and set up as an automatic feature charged at the % rate as per the lease until the Invoice is paid would be great.

This is an essential part of Commercial/Industrial Property Management. Interest on arrears is in every lease agreement so why would you have this function on Property Tree?

Please make this happen. I've never used a program that does not have this function. Dealing with commercial arrears is nightmare enough with PT.

I cant find where to charge the interest on late rent. REST worked it out for you. Where do I go to in the program?
