Update: We are currently working on the ability to have Tenancy Invoices and receipts sent as PDFs as the first piece of this project. We will then be working on the other areas of Property Tree as a staged approach.

Are we any closer to have this implemented? We have owners constantly reporting they can't open links. Whilst majority of the time it's a user browser issue, trying to explain that to an owner makes us look incompetent. Owner just wants to get a PDF they can open.

Issue ownership statements as attachments rather than links.

Owners complain that the links are not always compatible and links dont work on their end have to constantly send in PDF format,

This would be great for all items sent, as we have had a lot of owners and tenants (for invoices) having issues opening links due to firewall/security settings.
