  2. Information trail on who updates inspection times and reminders.
    Example - agent moves all to an incorrect date and communications go out - we have no trail on who did this - unless user voluntarily admits to action.

  4. We need to be able to charge management fees on commercial tenant invoices, example pro rata rent increase invoices - like we could in REST - currently very manual & time consuming

  5. Be able to Inv a commercial tenant for GST only and have it show on the owners account as GST collected. This is used when a commercial tenant pays the bill direct to the supplier instead of the realestate. Owner is still entitled to collect gst and atm we are unable to inv for just the GST portion without it showing in the amount excl GST section.

  6. On the Pay Ownership screen:
    It would be great to have the ability to sort the column of ‘PAY AMOUNT’ in order, so all the owner's with missing payment details (displayed as ‘No Payment Info’) are grouped together for easy identification.
    Currently, they are not always listed/sorted in order.
    It's not very user friendly having to export the grid as a CSV, set filters to sort and identify any missing payment info.

  7. Creditor invoices that have been created via Maintenance Partner sometimes need to be cancelled for various reasons but cannot be cancelled within Property Tree. Some reasons why they need to be cancelled:

    • user error
    • incorrect duplicate maintenance jobs created which then have duplicate invoices
    • manually created creditor invoice and paid and now can't cancel the API created invoice
    • Creditor invoice paid outside of Property Tree

  10. Should a Strata/Building Manager not include the Strata Plan number, it would be great to be able to search by the building name as this is usually in their signature.

  11. Would be helpful if we could store information regarding sqm size and features of property for when rent reviews are being completed. Rest had a tab where you could display the sqm of the property and the current rate per sqm

  12. When setting up auto-communications, can an email and SMS be triggered to go on the same trigger day? Currently they can't be triggered to be sent on the same day which is useful for arrears and scheduling inspections

  13. When receipting and there are a number of different items showing on the allocate funds to section - it would be nice if these where broken down in to colour bars, eg green for rent and bonds, pink for invoices etc...
    As it stands now with the very light grey and white, it's open for error to allocating to the wrong item.

  14. It would be great to have the ability to record when a tenant has been removed from a tenancy without having to create a whole new tenant card or simply delete the outgoings tenants details.

    Deleting the tenants details and changing the profile name just erases the tenant and makes it hard to provide a reference for them in future.

    Creating a new tenancy card means having to download and re-upload all files from the old card to the new and prevents the display of their previous history when generating a ledger.

  15. There currently isn't an ability to define arrears by periodic or effective for commercial tenancies. Only for residential.

  19. It would be great to have in Invoice genius a link to view job work order. This would allow you to check that quoted amounts match the invoice or if you have multiple jobs, to select the correct job rather than having to go out and open via maintenance.

  20. It would be good to have the ability to delete a note on an owner or tenancy file. Currently if I accidentally create a note to the wrong file I can't delete it, only edit it to say note created in error
