  1. When a tenancy sells their business and the lease is transferred I would like to be able to set up the new tenancy and have the correct dates from the original lease. At the current time, the lease dates cannot overlap with the previous tenant which forces us to enter in the incorrect dates and pin a note to the tenancy.

  2. There needs to be a way to be able to put reference numbers/names into ABA file bank transfers. I have done several transfers to Solicitors/ NSW Trustee etc and the money has been unable to be identified. I understand that you can do a transfer straight from the bank, if this is the solution, why use property tree at all. We strongly rely on references, including to vendors.

    When we used REST, we were able to do this. Simply being able to add a reference and the information comes across from the description section into the ABA would solve a…

  3. Having an outbox that hold emails for individual previous before sending. At the moment we cant see the emails unless we send and then find them again under the tenant or owner communications. When setting up mail merges I have found i have had to send errored merges out until i could get it perfect.
    We need to be able to actually see what is going out.

  4. Add the ability to merge email addresses & contact number fields for solicitors/conveyances when designing a template, (IE for sales advice emails/letters)

  5. A report is needed which shows which bonds are still outstanding (to be finalised) for vacated tenants, like you can do in REST. The vacating report in PT does not give any bond information.

  8. In the tenant card "create invoice" section, could you please add a section for a purchase order number and the facility to add a company address (different from the rental address). We have a lot of companies that require their head office address and their purchase order number on all invoices.

  9. due to the date being Auto Entered as the current date, i have mistakenly Reconciled my bank as per todays date, not as the bank statement. being able to change the date in addition to the amount would be a saving grace. Especially for auditing purposes.

  10. when logging in to PT on mobile and you get your one time code and click 'add from messages' the entire number is populated into the first box - it would be good if this was changed to populate into the boxes correctly.

  11. Understand this can be seen if you go into the information audit.
    It would be great if there were a better way to display this in future - on the profile. like how a note shows when it was put there.

  12. Hi, just wondering if we could bing the integration with EagleCRM, we've been heavily working on this CRM and PropertyTree, and we wish that we could get this two working seamlessly with Database exchange. many thanks

  15. Right now, for ownerships who have multiple properties linked to their portal account, the order of properties is sorted by Property ID from lowest to highest. It would be great to have this order sorted by address line. For example, if you had an owner with 10 units in a block, by order of 1 to 10.

  17. We currently utilise Bricks+Agent for maintenance which is integrated with Property Tree.

    We would love to have the following two features:

    1. The compliance dates in Property Tree to create draft jobs (work orders), which would then generate work orders in Bricks+Agent.

    2. When these recurring jobs are completed in Bricks+Agent, the compliance dates in Property Tree would then auto-update (e.g. +12 months, +24 months, etc.)

  19. Hello, it would be immensely helpful if you put a footnote on EVERY report that says whether that report is inclusive or exclusive of GST.

    It's of the upmost importance to know this because if a user tells our finance dept there is $x of revenue they're often including GST by mistake without knowing it and overstating revenue. The ramifications extend beyond this one example.

  20. In portal messages i think a good idea would be to have read receipts for the businesses side so we can see if other collegues have already viewed the message so we dont double cross on messages that have already been seen too
