Compliance dates to trigger job drafts from Property Tree to Bricks+Agent
We currently utilise Bricks+Agent for maintenance which is integrated with Property Tree.
We would love to have the following two features:
The compliance dates in Property Tree to create draft jobs (work orders), which would then generate work orders in Bricks+Agent.
When these recurring jobs are completed in Bricks+Agent, the compliance dates in Property Tree would then auto-update (e.g. +12 months, +24 months, etc.)

GST Inclusive or Exclusive footer on all reports
Hello, it would be immensely helpful if you put a footnote on EVERY report that says whether that report is inclusive or exclusive of GST.
It's of the upmost importance to know this because if a user tells our finance dept there is $x of revenue they're often including GST by mistake without knowing it and overstating revenue. The ramifications extend beyond this one example.

Read receipts for portal messages
In portal messages i think a good idea would be to have read receipts for the businesses side so we can see if other collegues have already viewed the message so we dont double cross on messages that have already been seen too

Owner payment references
Add two more sections to the owner payment information that lets more Users to add more context to the reference section of payments to Owners. Currently there are three section to the refereces, one has the company name (but cant be changed), one is the editable section, and one is blank. Please let us edit the first section and add more for the last.
This is helpful for the owners who have multiple properties or the owners request other information alongside their payments.
Would also be great if they could have Merge Fields that could pull information automatically from information…2 votes -
Complete quote requests, not cancel them.
Currently when a quote request is sent, the quote comes back, you attach it to the request. If it is decided not to go ahead with that quote, you press the "complete Job" button on the quote request, but it does not complete it, it cancels it and automatically sends the cancellation to the contractor. Then I get phone calls from the contractors saying they have already been to the job and quoted. Its very frustrating. We just need to be able to complete it off from the maintenance list without cancelling or emailing the contractors.

Quick Disbursement
There should be a way to pay someone from owner funds as a quick disbursement without having to create them as a creditor, create an invoice and then pay 1 invoice only to have to archive them as a creditor?

Insurance Tab
If we had an Insurance Tab similar to the compliance tab we would be able to do a health check on our portfolios to ensure and encourage all rental providers have their landlord insurance policies in place. this would help identify rental providers with no insurance and mitigate risk to office and rental providers. From a business perspective this would ensure the health of our rent roll and provide value and service to our rental providers

Ability to file forwarded email threads to a selected profile
It would be useful to be able to forward an email thread from your Outlook Inbox to the PT email address, and from there select a profile to archive it against - as a new user to Communications most of our correspondence is still coming via Outlook so to be able to keep record of these in the owner or tenant profile would be great. At present there is only the option to Select a Profile where it recognises the email address, but if you could select any profile this would greatly improve this function.

Add option to add recycled water reading/dual water readings
We have a fair few homes that have a standard water meter reading and also a recycled water meter reading that is charged as water consumption. It would be great to have a space to put dual water readings in the water usage section.

Work Order Auto Reminder to Trade
Trades to receive automatic reminders following up outstanding work orders in the system. It would be great if this was setup and sent to the trade first thing in the morning on a weekly basis until work has been completed and job has been closed off.

Have a periodic lease button to remove from expired lease page
Once a lease has expired and rolled into a periodic lease we don't want the tenant to appear on the expired leases. We want to mark the tenancy lease as periodic and keep the lease end date entered as a record that there was a fixed term lease previously.

Create Receipt screen to display the Rent Increase under "Allocate Funds To" section with the New Amount
Can the Create Receipt screen be improved so that the New Rent amount is reflected in the "Allocate Funds To" section (in addition to where it's currently showing at the top of the screen)?
Suppose the Rent Increase has been added into the Rent Schedule already a few months back and the New Rent amount was $400/week effective from 16/03/2023. Now let's say for example the tenant's Paid to Date is 15/03/2023 with $0 Part Payment and their previous old rate of rent was $360/week.
