  1. Can tags be sorted alphabetically? When you add a tag, it just goes to the bottom of the list.

  2. It's possible to bulk edit inspections for each individual status, but not for the ones that have 'No Current Inspection' set.

    Having the bulk edit also for that status, would allow better efficiency in getting the inspections up to date.

  4. Would be great if we could customise each user's dashboard.
    Sales team being able to see information about sales properties.
    PM seeing upcoming inspections etc.
    As part of the sales team, my dashboard is entirely useless to me.

  6. A quicker way to view tenant arrears and paid to dates of an owner that has multiple tenants. If something could be updated to view this straight from the ownership card. E.g. an owner has phoned and asked where all of their tenants are paid to or who is in arrears, it's not just right there for easy viewing

  7. The payee information card links the payee to a contact and this is not always the case. If the payee could be linked to the bank account name instead. This does show correctly on the ownership statement but it does not show correctly from our internal end which causes concern and confusion. E.g. If we pay ABC Pty Ltd, the payee should say ABC Pty Ltd not the contact name of Joe Smith who is just a representative of the company.

  9. Can you please add in auto communication the ability to send emails on a specific dates to owners / tenants?

    For example each year we send the tenants a bulk communication for the following:
    *Reticulation should be turned off today due to water corporation rules.
    *Water should be turned on today as the sprinkler ban is over.

    It would be great to be able to create custom templates in auto communication based on a specific date / need for owners and or tenants so you can set and forget.

    Currently we have auto comms set up but there does not…

  10. It is currently not possible to see any PAID Tenancy Invoices from the Tenancy Profile > Financials tab.
    Any chance you can add a ‘View Invoices’ button to the Tenancy Profile > Financials tab > Outstanding Invoices section, which then takes you to the ‘Find Tenancy Invoice’ screen, with the filter for the individual Tenant already selected?
    It would work exactly like the already existing feature for ‘View Fees’, but in this case it’s for Tenancy Invoices.

    It might also be good to have that feature available for the Creditor Invoices on the Owner Profile.

  11. We're currently investigating Web Advertising with Property Tree. We're interested to know what you think - would you like to see this information held within Property Tree? Are you using a different solution for your Web Advertising? Does this other solution have other functionality that assists with leasing your properties (ie. application processing)?   12. It would be helpful if on expense reports it displayed all the transactions/invoices under each account for example

    Repairs and Maintenance: $500

    Invoice 281: Fixing Washing Machine - $300

    Invoice 385: Tile Repairs - $200

    This would help as it shows exactly what items are involved in a specific expense.
    Also adding a search feature where you can search for an invoice by account rather then just creditor name/invoice number/property.

  13. Please allow agencies to edit information on invoices after they have been processed such as the description and the account as this would be helpful if changes need to e made in the future for accounting processes.

  14. In the tenant profiles can a section to add Date Of Birth please be added. When doing many tasks such as leases, bonds, connections etc. this information is required and it is quite annoying to not have it be with the rest of the tenants details. Thank you.

  15. It will be great if we can add fee for property receipt by percentage.

    We receive a lot of rental contributions from the property developer, these contributions are rent, and we need to charge fee the same way as receiving rent from tenant.

  16. Love the compliance register
    Love that you can now search properties with no compliance
    Hate that when you created the compliance register you migrated the existing smoke alarm compliance over calling it migrated smoke alarm and now we have two categories for the same thing and as a result no clear way of searching for properties with no smoke alarm compliance. Can you create a bulk update for compliance categories so we can transfer them one way or the other rather than having to individually update each property?

  17. In Rest we had the ability to set up 3 different rental columns for Residential Tenancies that could be set to weekly/fortnightly/monthly which was great for the likes of Rent + Carpark or Boarding Houses with regular charges. This way handled these types of tenancies better than recurring invoices

  18. Sale Statement Tax Invoice - very simply please add in a total owed figure.

    The current statement shows money in and expenses incurred but not the final figure owed by the Seller. Or also in the instance the Agency needs to return unused funds. Also why can't we include our trust account details on the statement ?

  19. Would like to be able to keep file of the type and brand of appliances, heating, cooling under the property profile e.g. in cases of hydronic heating, electrical HWS, refrigerated cooling. Would make it quick and easy to send out the correct trades/companies without needing to sift through previous maintenance or property photos (and where people will automatically look for this information).

  20. Can you please add a default Tenancy Expense Account Group & Code to the Configuration > Accounts (like other Account Groups/Codes are setup), so Users don’t have to create it, however can customize if necessary.
    Unless the Tenancy Expense Account is used or displayed on any reports, the name for the Account Group & Code can be very generic.
