Feature Request: One-Click Copy Button for Tenant Details (Name, Phone, Email)
I would like to submit a feature request/product improvement regarding lease renewals.
Currently, when processing a high volume of lease renewals, I frequently need to copy tenant details (specifically their Name, Phone Number, and Email). Having to navigate between different tabs or sections to gather these details creates unnecessary steps in our daily workflow.
To streamline this process, I would like to suggest two potential solutions:
Integrated View: Display basic tenant contact information (Name, Phone, Email) on the same page as the lease and rent details.
One-Click Copy Button: Add a quick-copy button next to the tenant profile section (top-left)…

I would like Property Tree to alert the Property Manager when a tenant hits 14 days arrears
I would like Property Tree to alert the Property Manager when a tenant reaches 14 days in arrears. Therefore without having to manually check arrears?

When inviting tenants to tenant portal, it would be good if that list only showed the contacts marked as tenant or landlord
so that the emergency contacts & accountants, etc. do not accidentally get sent a invite request

its is ridiculous that my contractors, owners and tenants are all under impression they can email property tree and than tell me i have not replayed. at least at to the email you sending a DO NOT REPLY instead of property tree. or everyone will be forced to find a better system with so much choice these days and everyone else deal with communication much better that this property tree system.

invoice genius
We would love the ability to view invoices that have been entered but are still awaiting PM approval.
Our current workflow is that our accounts manager enters all invoices before sending them to the relevant PM for approval. While the system displays the total number of invoices pending approval, there is currently no way for the accounts manager to view the actual invoices that are awaiting approval. If a conversation has been completed in communications via email or sms and you need to add another email or sms to that conversation we should be able to either reopen the conversation or reply still so that the topic can stay under 1 trail.

When you do a maintenance request it has a tick box for the creditor, PM why can it not have a tick box for the owner and tenant so a copy of the work order is automatically sent to them as well so they know we have sent off this request

Make Maintenance Notes More Visible
It would be helpful if the Maintenance screen provided a visual indication when notes have been added to a job, without requiring users to click on the notes icon.
Currently, the only way to determine whether notes exist is to open the notes section for each maintenance request. This can be time-consuming, particularly when managing a large number of jobs, and important updates can easily be overlooked.
A simple indicator, such as a coloured notes icon, a badge displaying the number of notes, or a small preview showing the most recent note, would allow Property Managers to quickly identify jobs…

Cancel Individual Work Orders Without Cancelling the Entire Job
It would be beneficial to have the ability to cancel a work order for a specific contractor without having to cancel the entire maintenance job.
Currently, if a contractor is unable to complete the work, declines the job, or the Property Manager decides to engage a different contractor, the only option is to cancel the entire job and start the process again. This removes the job history and creates unnecessary administrative work.
Instead, it would be helpful to be able to cancel or close the work order for the individual contractor while keeping the maintenance job active.

Attachments Included with Multiple Quote Requests
It would be extremely helpful if attachments (such as photos, videos, or supporting documents) could automatically be included when sending the same quote request to multiple contractors.
Currently, attachments are only sent to the first contractor the request is issued to. Any other contractors receive the request without the attached files, requiring the Property Manager to manually resend the attachments to each contractor.
This is time-consuming and increases the risk of contractors providing inaccurate quotes because they don't have access to the same information. Allowing attachments to be included with all quote requests would improve efficiency, ensure consistency, and help…

Property Tree App – Access to Property Maintenance Notes
It would be extremely beneficial if the Property Tree mobile app provided access to the Property Maintenance Notes.
Our Maintenance Coordinator relies on the app in the field, but critical information such as owner-approved maintenance spending limits and properties requiring owner approval before works can proceed is only available in the desktop version.
Having this information accessible in the mobile app would eliminate unnecessary administration, reduce delays, improve efficiency, and help ensure repairs are managed correctly while on site.

Not like an automated message, but a one off that you set up for someone to email out at a set time.

Add further columns in the Find Property Management Profile search page
so that you can sort by things like commencement, lease start, lease end, rental amount, bond amount etc. when looking at all properties
