Commercial Transaction History
It would be good to see all invoices issued and/or cancelled as well as receipts on the tenancy history so we don't have search for invoices or link the invoice to the payment receipt for easy access.

The ability to generate separate credits for Commercial Tenants
Can we have the option to create multiple credits against a tenant? Only 1 credit can be created for future invoices at the moment which is tricky when it might apply to several different types of charges - ie Rent, Rates ,Insurance. The ability to recoup this from future ownership funds to refund to the tenant rather than have to process the refund as a creditor payment would also be better.

More Merge Fields for Commercial Rent Reviews
Merge field for rent reviews – can we have the “Next Rent Review date” field that would pull from Lease, Rent & Outgoings as an option for a merge field? At present we can only use the “Rent Effective date” which is not always accurate if we have backdated CPI for example.

Automatic Cancellation Email for Routine Inspections

Bulk Mail Merge for All Tenants OR Owners in a Strata Plan
Suggestion to create a feature to send a mail merge email to all the tenants or owners of a particular strata plan. This will be extremely useful when agents need to forward important notices relating to all the tenants or owners. (Fire inspections, notice of building works etc.)

Ownership Receipt
When receipting to an ownership in the Tenant Download screen, it would be helpful if after searching the ownership, it clearly showed the related managed property to ensure accuracy.

More Info in Property Details
We need more information in the Property Details section:
- a section to enter the location of the car space(s)
- a field for number of storage cages and their location
- tick boxes for whether property has embedded electricity, gas, hot water, internet etc.

delete receipt
When you enter a rent payment from a tenant and it is entered incorrectly, once we delete it through the system, the tenant should receive notification that the receipt is deleted.

Outgoings Reconciliation- Invoices automatically added to Owners portal
All invoices paid or added to property tree or Invoice Automate automatically added to the owners portal under their own section so that you can give the owners auditor access to their portal to access all the invoices for reconciliation without having to request the information from the agents.

Workflow Bar Visibility
Have ability to toggle "Workflow Bar" on screen at all times, regardless of if you are completing an action so that you do not need to navigate to and from the page to see Workflow. For example: at the moment, the workflow bar only appears if completing an "action" but there are only 4 actions available (being edit lease & rent, edit vacate, add rent & schedule, and send email) None of these actions relate to setting up a new management, therefore the workflow bar cannot be utilised when it would be great to have it on screen.
