Creditor Statement Template
When creditor statements are sent out, the user who processed the payment is listed in the signature on the body of the email. Currently, there is no way to change the name, or remove it. It would be great to be able to edit this.

Creditors primarily communicate with Property Managers rather than the accounts team, and PMs are responsible for handling creditor queries. Therefore, it would be preferable for the Property Manager’s name to appear on all correspondence with creditors, ensuring any responses are directed back to the PM.
The ability to customise these emails would also allow us to include relevant information, instructions, or messaging that we would like to provide to our creditors.
Also, for offices using outsourced accounting teams, staff often operate under generic names (e.g. Accounts Staff 1, Accounts Staff 2). At present, these usernames are not only showing in the “From” field but are also appearing as a merge field within the email body, not making it appear very professional.

Be able to access the automated creditor statement so that we can add in things like our office closures for Christmas break.
