Compliance reminder
It would be nice if the compliance reminder and its details could be emailed to the relevant PM, turning red is fine but if we don't go into the property card, we don't see it?

Print or Save to PDF Option for Tenant Comments on Ingoing Reports
When tenants complete an electronic signing request for an Ingoing Report, including adding comments; the tenants amendments are unable to be Printed or Saved as PDF to have a separate record other than generating a complete Ingoing Report which is accepting the comments. A tenants comments are not always excepted so there needs to be an option to maintain a record of those comments outside of an Ingoing Report. If the comments are not accepted and the signing request is cancelled due to this there is no longer any record of those comments within MRI Inspect.

Add PM email as an option to be cc'd into a mail merge email
Add PM email as an option to be cc'd into a mail merge email.
As an admin person, I send all rent reviews and any other letters on behalf of PM's.
It would be good to have the PM email address as an option to add in cc. when an email is sent so that I don't have to manually do it each time.

email banners for ad hoc emails
since change of system this week, the auto attachment of company banner is removed from emails sent from actions., you now have to remember to attach your banner to emails so your signature appears on emails sent to clients, this has only just been removed with update and needs to be reinstated urgently or we are sending emails and having to remember to attach banner.

Being able to search by 'suburb' in global search bar
Currently when you search in the global search bar, you can only search for the number address. When you type the suburb, properties do not show up.
The functionality for the Global Search bar to pick up all properties by the suburb you are searching for would be amazing.14 votes -
Ability to overlap original lease start dates from previous tenant to new tenant
When a tenancy sells their business and the lease is transferred I would like to be able to set up the new tenancy and have the correct dates from the original lease. At the current time, the lease dates cannot overlap with the previous tenant which forces us to enter in the incorrect dates and pin a note to the tenancy.

Quick Disbursement
There should be a way to pay someone from owner funds as a quick disbursement without having to create them as a creditor, create an invoice and then pay 1 invoice only to have to archive them as a creditor?

For example, there is more than 1 trust account configured (e.g. multiple Rental Trusts, or separate Rental and Sales), however, users should only have access to the data of one/some Trusts within PT, but not all.14 votes -

Unpaid tenant invoices on Owner Statement
Our office procedure for outgoings (water use etc) is Owners are to initially pay creditors invoice and then are reimbursed from tenants when they pay their invoice. Can the tenant invoice show on the monthly Owner Statement even if it has not been paid? I have had a few Owners call me wanting to know why the tenant hadn't been charged (they had, but had not paid by EOM.) This used to show on REST statements and at least the Owners could see that the funds were coming. Thanks.

Rent Roll Sale - bring across more information
Hi, Following a recent rent roll sale we discovered that the compliance register information stored under the Property does not migrate. Part of due diligence when a seller sells a rent roll is to ensure all this information is up to date. ie Certificate of Titles, Landlord Insurance, Electrical Safety Certificate & Pest Inspections. This information not migrating is quite inconvenient and is something that should be prioritized for future rent roll sales. It was also noted that owner tags, ie mid month/end of month also didn't carry across.

Add a new reason when cancelling a fee: "delay fee"
When cancelling a fee there are limited options and often we cancel fees in order to pay an owners outgoings then re-enter the fee afterwards. Can you add a new option 'delay'?

More filters when generating reports
Ability to filter reports by Suburb/Street Name, Bed/Bath/Car (on Find Profile, Rent Reviews, Tenancy Leases). Tags are good but we end up duplicate this information that is already in the profiles

Tribunal Report - Have the option to select what prints
We want to have the option on what we want to include in the report when generating. Don't want owner contact details, owner notes and owner portal communications on a tenancy report. Others may want/not want other things

Flag whether the tenant is set to charge for water usage when creating a tenancy invoice and oncharging tenant via creditor invoice (currently only does within Invoice Genius so is not consistent)
