  1. It's possible to bulk edit inspections for each individual status, but not for the ones that have 'No Current Inspection' set.

    Having the bulk edit also for that status, would allow better efficiency in getting the inspections up to date.

  4. We would like to be able to set up sms templates, for example when requesting funds for outstanding accounts from owners we will not email our bank details and will send details via text, having a template option will assist in getting information out quickly and efficiently.

  5. Ability to customise User Access to a specific Trust Account within the same PT database.
    For example, there is more than 1 trust account configured (e.g. multiple Rental Trusts, or separate Rental and Sales), however, users should only have access to the data of one/some Trusts within PT, but not all.

  6. Hi, Following a recent rent roll sale we discovered that the compliance register information stored under the Property does not migrate. Part of due diligence when a seller sells a rent roll is to ensure all this information is up to date. ie Certificate of Titles, Landlord Insurance, Electrical Safety Certificate & Pest Inspections. This information not migrating is quite inconvenient and is something that should be prioritized for future rent roll sales. It was also noted that owner tags, ie mid month/end of month also didn't carry across.

  7. Integrate with outlook so that emails sent from Property Tree can be responded to through Outlook AND autosave function where all communications to and from tenants and landlords email address through Outlook autosave to Property Tree communication or documents

  8. Would like for PT to have a feature where it will flag or alert the Property Manager if a council or strata rate has not been paid when the owner has opted for this. Or, a report can be generated that will show properties where council/strata rates are to be paid by the agency.

  10. Capture more information in the information audit, such as changing dates (leases, vacating), bond details, charging fees, editing bank account details. Would be good to be able to have this accessible by profile too

  11. We want to have the option on what we want to include in the report when generating. Don't want owner contact details, owner notes and owner portal communications on a tenancy report. Others may want/not want other things

  12. It would be great to be able to forward any email received in the communications tab not just the latest email as part of an email thread. This would enable you to forward previous correspondence that has attachments. Currently, any attachments previously received do not get forwarded as part of the email thread unless they are attached to the most recent email received.

  14. If the tenants put the invoice number on their rent payment (instead of tenancy ID), then PT receipts the money to the correct tenant automatically.

  15. Add PM email as an option to be cc'd into a mail merge email.

    As an admin person, I send all rent reviews and any other letters on behalf of PM's.

    It would be good to have the PM email address as an option to add in cc. when an email is sent so that I don't have to manually do it each time.

  16. since change of system this week, the auto attachment of company banner is removed from emails sent from actions., you now have to remember to attach your banner to emails so your signature appears on emails sent to clients, this has only just been removed with update and needs to be reinstated urgently or we are sending emails and having to remember to attach banner.

  17. Previously in REST when entering a rent increase that didn't line up with the tenant's existing payment cycle there would be an option to raise an invoice for the difference in the rent increase for the period between the rent increase effective date and the tenant's next payment cycle. This would mean the tenant's payment cycle isn't impacted and the owner doesn't have to wait till the next payment cycle for the increase to come into effect.

    So some tenants paying monthly it could mean the owner is having to wait an additional 30 days if the rent increase is…

  18. Would be great to have integration with REA ignite, similar to Snug integration. This would allow approved tenants to be imported straight into property tree, cutting down data entry and saving any manual processing errors. Our REA rep advises that they are open and willing to begin working on an integration.

  19. Currently when you search in the global search bar, you can only search for the number address. When you type the suburb, properties do not show up.
    The functionality for the Global Search bar to pick up all properties by the suburb you are searching for would be amazing.

  20. When a tenancy sells their business and the lease is transferred I would like to be able to set up the new tenancy and have the correct dates from the original lease. At the current time, the lease dates cannot overlap with the previous tenant which forces us to enter in the incorrect dates and pin a note to the tenancy.
