Add a new reason when cancelling a fee: "delay fee"
When cancelling a fee there are limited options and often we cancel fees in order to pay an owners outgoings then re-enter the fee afterwards. Can you add a new option 'delay'?

It would be ideal to be able to enter your own reason too - we often have to cancel our commission when an agreed sale price is reduced. Then we have to re-enter it. None of the generic reasons suit this situation.
