  2. Ability to Archive Properties instead of Deleting

    If a landlord gives back a management of a property or access is required for an old report for a property, there is no ability to make a property/inspection active again without contacting support.

    Reports are not accessible on deleted properties.

    Archived properties should not be included in the active property count.

  5. Having the ability on the Ownership Payment screen to waive any Fees in Bulk (e.g. Admin Fee), for any fees charged by an Event such as Ownership Statement / Ownership Payment.

    That would for example allow to create Mid-Month and EOM Owner Statements, however only charging the one Fee amount in total at the EOM.

    That will solve the issue of either having to split the fee amount (half at Mid-Month, half at EOM) or charge the total fee amount manually.

  6. Invoices on Tenancy Profile:
    - Ability to see the Recurring Tenancy Invoices on the Tenancy profile, on the Financials tab > Outstanding Invoices, without having to first click on ‘View Recurring Invoices’.
    - Selecting ‘View Recurring Invoices’ then unnecessarily takes you out of the Tenancy profile, which is not ideal if you just want to view what’s currently setup against the tenancy.
    - Also, even if the Recurring Tenancy Invoice is not yet outstanding, however there is one scheduled and due in the future, it would be great to have that information on the screen.

  8. Currently you can search for tenancies in arrears and days.
    For states outside Victoria who invoice tenants regularly (water etc.), we require a report function to advise arrears by days - that is not via Business Insights.

  10. Information trail on who updates inspection times and reminders.
    Example - agent moves all to an incorrect date and communications go out - we have no trail on who did this - unless user voluntarily admits to action.

  12. It's possible to bulk edit inspections for each individual status, but not for the ones that have 'No Current Inspection' set.

    Having the bulk edit also for that status, would allow better efficiency in getting the inspections up to date.

    - properties where only fixed charges are charged
    - properties where owner does not wish to charge water

  14. We would like to be able to set up sms templates, for example when requesting funds for outstanding accounts from owners we will not email our bank details and will send details via text, having a template option will assist in getting information out quickly and efficiently.

  15. Task assignment with due date. Can be attached to either property, tenant or owner. To be added to Dashboard, so PM will see what is due that day as soon as they logged in. Also has audit trail and can be assigned to another staff member, as required.

  16. Integrate with outlook so that emails sent from Property Tree can be responded to through Outlook AND autosave function where all communications to and from tenants and landlords email address through Outlook autosave to Property Tree communication or documents

  17. Would like for PT to have a feature where it will flag or alert the Property Manager if a council or strata rate has not been paid when the owner has opted for this. Or, a report can be generated that will show properties where council/strata rates are to be paid by the agency.

  20. Have an ability to attach copies of documents from within the document library when sending emails to property owners - rather than having to download the document, then attach it via searching. A one step attachment would be better from within the program.
