  3. Could the attachment be in the body - currently it can be there or all the way at the bottom so is easily missed.

    Any attachment that is added in addition to those included in the template will appear outside the body of the email. If a banner is included however, then the attachments will appear after the banner as the banner is pulled as part of the body of the email.

  4. I understand that companies with large portfolios and who use an offshore team use Airtable to assist with with managing workflows so it would be fantastic to have some integration to minimize the manual data and workflow entries.

With the changes to the Legislation coming into effect on 1 October 2022 with regards to Notice to Leaves without grounds, is there any way to enter a Notice to Leave for a Fixed Term Tenancy without having to put it in the Vacate section – basically, if we enter a NTL for every Tenant for the end of their tenancy, every tenant in the database will be classified as “Vacating” – is there someway around this?

    After discussions with a number of clients, feedback has been that the Termination date on the tenancy could be used to record this date, as this does not trigger the normal vacate activity. We will continue to review further feedback and votes towards any changes. Thanks, Ange - Product Team

  7. Include archived tenant vacancies in vacancy report to see historic data when required.

    IE. You want to know how many vacancies had in a block of 100 apartments within a 3 month period. - Currently cannot see this as report only shows active tenancies with a vacate date.

  8. Remove the future bookings from the owner statements and only list the bookings that are being paid. Some properties have a large number of future bookings and it's very distracting for the owner when looking at their statement. They are only interested in what they have been paid and what expenses they have incurred

  9. It does not seem that you can add an invoice when creating a credit to a tenant. The owner just sees the credit applied on the statement but no invoice can be attached. Would be nice for an owner to have a document to support the tenant credit.

  12. Have a way to set routine inspections by PROPERTY not TENANT - it just links the current tenancy automatically. This way we can set up auto-reschedule for every 26 weeks and not have to edit the routine dates when a new tenant is locked in.

  14. Automated Tasks please:

    1. when the rent is due for review
    2. when the lease is due to expire
    3. when a vacate date is entered
    4. when a new tenancy is entered
    5. when compliance is due to expire

  16. It is often difficult to find all MAA's for an owner. It would be good to be able to easily see these all in one place. Perhaps under the Ownership tab? If the view could be similar to compliance, that would be so much easier to find current and past MAA's.

    These are key legal documents that should be quick and easy to find. Thank you.

  17. We would like to be able to edit the Commercial invoice format template.

    We would like to be able to insert unique bank account details for certain invoices and not for others since our bank has given a unique EFT account number for each client. Commercial clients usually scan the invoices and we are unable to have a unique bank account on each invoice now.

  18. On the Pay Ownership screen:
    It would be great to have the ability to sort the column of ‘PAY AMOUNT’ in order, so all the owner's with missing payment details (displayed as ‘No Payment Info’) are grouped together for easy identification.
    Currently, they are not always listed/sorted in order.
    It's not very user friendly having to export the grid as a CSV, set filters to sort and identify any missing payment info.

  19. Having an outbox that hold emails for individual previous before sending. At the moment we cant see the emails unless we send and then find them again under the tenant or owner communications. When setting up mail merges I have found i have had to send errored merges out until i could get it perfect.
    We need to be able to actually see what is going out.
