Save EOFY statements against Owner profile for owners that receive by post
Owners that receive correspondence by post don't have their EOFY statements saved against the owner profile anywhere for easy reproduction/ viewing. It would be great if they auto save in communications or documents when being created at end of year.

add a field for rent review figure and a merge field for it
We would love to have a rent review field and a mergefor it, so when we use our email /letter templates the figure will merge - would streamline the whole rent review/lease expiry process for our team

Ability to see Split of Arrears on Dashboard as a % portion of total arrears
Currently the rental & fees arrears on the PT dashboard are shown as a total % of 100%. It would be great if this could be shown as a % of the total arrears percentage.

Map planner for routine inspections
Adding routine inspections of a particular date to the map journey planner in property tree to plan your inspections. Or be able to see all your routine inspections in a list and be able to select them and have the map journey planner check the best route to see if I would like to book those inspections for those properties.

Lease document available on Lease & Rent Tab
It would be great to be able to access the lease document easily without hunting through documents. Including any old leases. Similar to the Compliance tab would be great.

Water compliance
Within the Water Usage section have notes appearing or a tick box to include -
- properties where only fixed charges are charged
- properties where owner does not wish to charge water
- properties that are not separately metered

Recurring invoices - generate 14 days before due date, not on due date
Have a "Email On" Date or timeframe i.e. "14 days before" for recurring tenant invoices. At the moment the recurring invoice feature sends the invoice on the date it is created, but for rental invoices, our customers want to received them earlier to pay rent in advance.

Creditor Invoice Breakdown Screen
On the creditor invoice breakdown screen, it would be good to see a traffic light system highlighted on the $ amount.
Green = enough funds in owners account to pay it.
Amber = enough funds in owner account however there are other priority bills to pay so there may not be enough money to pay this creditor now.
Red = not enough funds in owner account to pay this bill now.17 votes -
journal Funds for Sales and Tenancy Funds
currently there is the ability to do a Property Journal or an Owner Journal.
It would be very useful to also have journals for:
Tenancy Funds Journals: to allow journaling between tenancy funds where tenant may have different properties or moved from one property to another
Sales Journals: to allow journaling from Marketing & Sundries to Sales Deposit and vice versa

Creating a merge link that shows only overdue invoices.
Create a merge link that pulls only invoices in arrears, the current link "Tenancy_OutstandingInvoices" pulls amounts for all invoices, whether overdue or not.

Owner Statement - I & E Graph / Payment History
We have once again received a query from an Owner regarding the : STATEMENT HISTORY EXPENSES VS INCOME (6 MONTHS) PAYMENT HISTORY (6 MONTHS) Table and Graph.
I would just like to reiterate my concerns with the wording/information on this report/table.
I understand and have verified that the information is based on the Ownership Ledger dates.
I believe, however, this is misleading for the Owner’s Statement, as this is not the information per “STATEMENT HISTORY”.
My suggestion is to either change the Title or perferable change the information to correspond with the Ownership Statement dates.

On the dashboard have an inspection summary.
Show stats like:
Inspections Overdue (Confirmed and passed their inspection date)
Inspections incomplete (Tentative and passed tentative date)
Inspections confirmed for the next 30, 60 & 90 days;
Inspections cancelled per month
Properties with no inspections
