An option on Rental properties to generate a Sale.
Currently if a Rental property is in your system, you have to manually input all the same data to make a new Sales listing. It seems like a waste of time when software could automatically load data like property address and current owner and contact information. It seems so simple to copy data from an existing entity like that and use it to create a new entity.

It would also be great to have a notification appear on the rental property when there are important dates on the Sales property e.g. expected unconditional or settlement, as this will impact the rental changeover.
