Compliancy tile on dashboard
Adding a compliancy tile to the agency dashboard so you can see an overview of what properties are coming up due to be completed/what are overdue (like you do with rent renewals/lease renewals)

Would it be a silly idea to include a "COMPLIANCE" tile under the Dashboard page?
One would think that monitoring Safety within a property would be paramount and safety compliance is always at the forefront of our minds. As an example, it would be good to have a tile that shows how many properties require smoke alarm testing from month to month. NSW legislation requires annual smoke alarm testing and backup battery replacements.
Not only smoke alarms, but landlord insurance, pool safety and other safety compliance requirements in rental properties that property managers have to monitor.
