Chat Box
Allow the chat window to be moved into different locations on your screen, in particular if using a laptop it covers the configuration box.

This would be immensely helpful even on a desktop, I would like to take it another step further and kindly ask that when the chat box is opened it has its own lane like when you open the Need Help? tab on the right hand side. As the chat box covers the screen it is quite frustrating to have to constantly go in and out of the chat to follow instructions on what you're trying to do on the system. I'm actually surprised that there is not much feedback on this, hopefully it is something that is easily fixed as it would make life much easier.

Or just move it to the other side of the screen. It is always difficult when trying to access the configuration button as the chat icon is in the way.
